clean facility friendly staff. We book places with free breakfast so we can get on the road...

Breakfast no juice, water, or hot items (except waffles which every made because there was nothing else. We went down at 815 waited for 30 mins to see if anyone showed up to restock, no-one did so we tried to call front desk. kept getting rerouted never able to talk to someone, went to front desk. and told them they went right away to find someone to refill, we checked out then so don't know if that happened.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful no matter what we asked. They all greeted us and were very kind. We loved our room. It was a king size with a pullout couch. Very roomy and lots of space for everything. I loved all the amenities in the room. We loved the breakfast area and the breakfast. It was very delicious and well stocked. The gentleman that managed the are was very cordial and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool as well and spent some time in the patio are. The location is wonderful and we enjoyed being in that area.

The shower head had many options but had been left on a stream option and I couldn’t get it to move. So, my first shower was sad, but my husband was able to move it and it improved from there. Also the coffee pot and the brew inserts didn’t match up so I had to get creative with brewing coffee in the room.

Big, clean room. Staff exceptional. Furniture was nice, not saggy or old. Pull out couch was extra comfy too. I had a horrendous experience at a Hampton Inn in Pueblo. THIS establishment is very well managed and supervised. We will stay there again & again!!! 👏👏👍😎

Breakfast had NO to go individually wrapped items. ☹️ Pillows are horrible. Way to soft. The prices are a little high.

It was in a good location. was very quiet and clean.

I didn’t like the fact that I had booked a room with two queen beds and when I checked in they told me that I had a room with a king bed. that was not what I had booked. They had us switch rooms with our friends since they had two queens and said that they would take the king. they charged us more for the room than what it said when we booked it.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are updated and comfortable. Decent indoor pool and hot tub for the kids and a fusball table, which was fun.

The breakfast was very skimpy. They were out of just about everything. They said it was because their shipment didn’t arrive on time, so I can’t really fault them for it.

The staff are so professional. we checked in with our booking of 2 Queen beds but they gave us a King bedroom. They explained that happened when we book it booking.com or other online apps. They were able to help bring in a roll in bed and fit the beddings everything into the King suite 1am in the morning. The very next day their manager has already been notified and well passing on massages and room transferred smooth and at our own time. We enjoyed everything the staff did for our trip from check in, breakfast to check out. Rooms are clean and view of the snow mountains were so nice.

Communications between booking.com with the hotel. We booked a 2 queen beds room, but there was not what the hotel received. It didn't happened to only us, but more. We were told by the hotel that the roll in bed they can add on might be out - it was already 12:30am. It happened to them quit a few bookings.

All your help is exceptional kind, friendly and dedicated. We were very happy with our newly remodeled room and the room and bed was incredibly comfortable! Your staff all deserve a raise for their hard work ! Thank you all !

This property is being renovated so this isn't a fair question…we will definitely stay here again if our travels allow. When staying in a hotel I always wish the windows opened for fresh air but at least the ac was very quiet..

Friendly staff, clean and updated hotel. Nice complimentary hygiene products provided. Good breakfast as well.

Overall, it was a great stay. Just being picky, I would recommend a pool sweep. Some debris was at the bottom of the pool, which made it look dirty.

The breakfast was nice - sausage, eggs and potatoes along with fruits, breads, cereals. I could smell the potatoes cooking when I took my dog outside and decided I was heading down for breakfast as soon as I was finished taking care of my dog.

Liked the hotel.

The hotel charged me more than what Booking.com said I was to pay. I'm very disappointed they did not honor the price that Booking.com quoted me. I'm not sure I what to book through Booking.com anymore if I end up having to pay more anyway.
