Our room was close to the outside door so it was easy getting the dogs in and out of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an area right outside of the restaurant that has a long table and chairs where you can sit with your dogs. They even bring the food out to you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could have had a better walking area for the dogs. Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the area wasn't under water from all the rain. Other than that I believe the facility more than met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Clean room and the staff at the Rex’s restaurant is great. Jacuzzi is nice and convenient shuttle to and from ski base. Rooms are a good size and multiple areas to sit and put things which is helpful with ski gear. Bed was comfortable.

It would be helpful if there were a shuttle from the hotel into the town. There is a shuttle to and from the base during ski hours but they don’t have one running after hours or to the town so makes meals a bit more difficult. The free bus is 20-30 min wait in the evening and you have to make a change. It’s not walking distance to many things so location isn’t ideal. Housekeeping knocks on the door pretty early in the morning.

Clean and comfortable for the most part. beds are getting a little old maybe. facilities are great. i enjoy the weight room except the TV's don't work most of the time. The restaurant is good, food is above average for the type, atmosphere is nice and the staff is polite and helpful.

Beds are stiff and the wifi isn't always easy to get onto.

We loved the location of our hotel to town and to the mountains. We also loved having a staff dog to pet whenever we returned from an adventure. The staff was fantastic and knowledgeable of the area. They gave great recommendations for our trip. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Wifi was great throughout the hotel which allowed me to get a little work done that couldn't wait. While we didn't ski or board this time, we're looking forward to coming back and doing that next winter. They have a nice, secure storage area for that type of gear.

The only thing we didn't like was having to return home so soon because the hotel and staff were so amazing.

The pull out beds in the living room were very functional but mattresses were hard. Family members that used the mattresses had an uncomfortable night.

a bit further from Gondola than I thought had to rely on shuttle and bus system as I did not have a car however shuttle was very reliable

Great stay and very pet friendly staff. Loved the grassy areas and walking paths nearby. The bedding was very fresh and clean and the room was large with extra seating areas and lots of storage spots. Loved the fridge and microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Rex's being onsite is a bonus. The Grab and Go menu was perfect.

The mattress was not quite to our liking but you cannot please everyone!

The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very nice. Very informative, and made us feel at home. He recommended some pizza places and we took him up on one of his recommendations. And he was right, the pizza was amazing.

The bed and shower were awful

Breakfast was awesome. However, service was slow considering very low clientele at the restaurant.

Overall it was a good stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Housekeeping skipped our room on the first day. Had to remind housekeeping to clean the room the following day.

We visited town only for one night but location was still great. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rex’s American Grill Bar which is part of hotel was also perfect, do not leave hotel without trying their amazing dishes!
