Breakfast was very good. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The head housekeeper was wonderful and solved a major problem by being innovative. All of the staff was most accommodating of our special needs. We really enjoyed sitting outside at night by the fire pit as we listened to the Fish Creek roar! Also the whirlpool was large . There was also a lift chair which was a god send as it allowed my son who is in a wheel chair to access the whirlpool.

The queen size sofa sleeper was horrific. The foam mattress was thin and the springs had no support and sank in the middle. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and not worthy of a Marriott Hotel. All of the spring mechanisms should be replaced and upgraded. All of the mattresses should be replaced and upgraded. I would contact manufacturer since these sofas are only 2 years old! I cannot imagine an adult sleeping on this especially after skiing or hiking ! Housekeeping moved us into a different unit but the problem was the same which they solved by removing the foam mattress and replacing it with a regular innerspring queen mattress. This did not allow for the sofa bed to be folded up but it was a very good TEMPORARY solution.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. There are beautiful hikes in the mountains nearby, and the center of town is not too far away. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was well-tended and very decent, including both hot and cold options, and fruit. It was run in a very professional manner. The room was large and comfortable, and it was very clean when we arrived. It included a kitchenette, and there were supplies available to do some in-room cooking.

The $10 parking fee seemed excessive, when we had already paid a fair amount for the room. Also, it would be great if the hotel had bicycles for rent on the premises.

Love the layout of the room. The rooms are well insulated- so very quiet. The pool and hot tub were clean- loved the large hot tub! Also a fire pit- bar area, and lobby area were clean and well put together. The breakfast was delicious! Will stay here again.

This hotel is awesome, and we enjoyed our stay so much that I didn't want to leave. 1) Exceptionally clean; higher-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures; kitchen complete with everything you would need, complimented with a cozy breakfast nook; large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and nice shower head; upscale shower toiletries in a wall-mounted dispenser; nicely furnished with comfortable lounging furniture; higher-end thermostat that worked very efficiently; higher-end window treatments (the privacy shades). 2) The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I have had good experiences with Marriott mattresses and always struggle to get out of them because they are so comfortable. The bed linens were soft enough, but I could tell they were new, which is fine (I detest sleeping on old, pilled sheets). After a few more washes, they'll be perfect. We look forward to staying here again and will recommend to everyone we know who may be traveling to the area.

1) The young lady who checked me in was unwelcoming and completely uninformative. The person who checked in next to me received a ton of pertinent information from his attendant; what the heck? Additionally, a departing salutation such as, "I hope you enjoy your stay at Marriott," or something to that effect would go a long way to not only promote the brand, but also to help guests feel welcomed. 2) The breakfast was sub-par (not due to COVID): no potato offering; unappealing packaged pastries; no healthier meat options (i.e. turkey, chicken, or veggie sausage), as we do not eat beef or pork products. All that was offered was sliced ham and pork sausages. We elected to eat breakfast each morning elsewhere.

Kitchenette in room and design of the room space. One person could work if they needed to without bothering others. Nice thick towels Location to Safeway and ski resort 5 minutes away

The desk person who checked us in didn’t tell us that there was breakfast provided on main floor in lobby area each morning so we went out and bought a lot a breakfast food that we wouldn’t had to buy! Parking lot and sidewalks around the hotel were very icy making it difficult to get to car.

Extremely clean and comfortable facilities all around. Excellent complementary breakfast in addition to a nice exercise room, hot tub and swimming pool.

The heating system was extremely loud and we had to turn it off overnight in order to get any sleep. Also we were required to pay to park in their parking lot!

We loved the breakfast and the size of the room. Staff was very friendly. Location was fantastic

It was unpredictable but when we arrived they were having issues with the boiler therefore we had no water for several hours and the pool area was closed for the night (Friday). We would have liked to use it then but again these was an unpredictable situation.

The suite was very nice.

$125.00 pet charge was very outrageous, for a couple days. I assumed through Booking, on booking a pet friendly room it was included in the final price they gave me.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spotless as was the entire property. Bed very comfortable. Excellent location.

Walls seemed thin. I could hear conversation from the next room as if they were in my room.

Basically a brand new property, the room had everything I needed and was very nicely appointed. The room was extremely comfortable, I especially liked the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great.
