Location was FABULOUS and free parking onsite was a huge plus. Our room was small but charming! Clean and we had real water glasses! Staff went out of their way for us. Hot tub was nice!! Beautiful lobby and extra sitting areas. Convenient ice machine. Coffee available. Light breakfast included.

Small selection continental breakfast. Good coffee. Fresh baked scones not great. Fruit/berry flavor seemed like flavoring but also had fresh fruit, cold cereals, oatmeal packets & microwave!

Comfy beds, GREAT location downtown! We didn't have to move the car at all until venturing out towards the mountains. While shopping it was convenient to pop back in and drop off our purchases and head on to the next thing.

TV's didn't work and small bathrooms, felt like under 2' wide doors. Some wall fixtures not attached well, kept falling off with each use. Minor annoyance, not worth a room change, yes front desk was notified for future guests.

Great location and free parking! We didn’t use our car during our stay. Great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is an older property, however well maintained. Rooms are small with baths on small side. Beds very comfortable and rooms are quiet in terms with f any street noice. The Erin’s are air conditioned with portable ac’s which are noisier than HVAC type. Easily rectified with ear playing gs. Overall we were very happy with the location , service and charm of the Bristol.

Location, location, location! Really nice old hotel. I prefer older historical hotels that have been well cared for. The Bristol is that!

Keys were very difficult to work in the room doors. Got one key stuck, and thought we would not be able to get into the room. That would have been bad because there is no staff on duty after 8 PM.

We ended up at the Bristol due to a broken rim on our motorcycle that took 3 days to take care of. The staff were exceptional and accommodating when we had to extend our stay. They were always friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hotel has a nostalgic feel with the decor. Excellent location downtown, easy walk to everything. I can't thank Hailey and the staff enough for everything they did for us while we were there and I highly recommend this hotel.

the staff was incredibly friendly, our rooms were very clean, steamboat was just lovely, and the location was great for bumming the downtown area. the only downfall was we were a bit disappointed in the continental breakfast, which was coffee, instant oatmeal and a small selection of cereal, but the breakfast diner across the street was amazing, and a very quick walk. We highly recommend staying here, and will be back!

Bristol was in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. The town has a free shuttle to the mountain for skiing and to the Old Town Hot Springs!!

The hotel could be cleaner. We stayed for 5 nights and had a difficult time getting trash emptied and getting clean towels.

Great location, right in downtown Steamboat

The front desk closes at 9 pm. Our GPS took us to two wring locations, so we arrived late. We had to wait outside for security to let us in. We did not receive the voicemail left by the hotel. I suggest text messages instead might be more effective.

The front of the hotel is on Lincoln Street; which is basically the tourist heart of Steamboat Springs. We parked at the hotel and were able to walk to every destination including the Hot Springs (0.6mi away).

They advertise that they have a hot tub but it was clear their hot tub has been out of service for awhile.

The Main Street location is convenient to everything. Once we parked the car in hotel lot we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Shopping, restaurant and free bus are right out the front door. Staff were so nice and friendly. Personally I like quirky unique properties and this is just that.

We didn’t understand the coffee/cereal bar. Future guests might want to ask about that.
