Everything was PERFECT. My favorite was the soaps and lotion provided. My face began to become irritated with the water change, so the lotion provided helped sooth that. When I needed more, the nice housekeeper handed me two more for the road with no hesitation and a big smile!

Traveling up 4 floors was hard beings I am 5 months pregnant. But that’s no one’s fault really!

The breakfast was good. Could of used more fresh fruit and yogurt. Probably could have used more of a selection of juices too.

The sinks in the bathroom were too high!!! I'm a short adult and had to stand on my tippy toes to wash my face in the sink.

We have been staying at this particular Holiday Inn almost every month since 2019. We never have to worry about cleanliness. Breakfast is always good. There's several options. Staff is always super nice, & go out of their way for each and every person/family. Even during the peak of COVID they didn't disappoint! You will not regret your choice in staying here!

Nothing. There's nothing at all I can think of. This particular facility is on point with everything!!

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. I was always asking them for things: roll out beds, laundry detergent, extra days etc... They were always friendly and never got annoyed with me (which I totally would have understood.) They were warm, friendly, and helpful in every way.

good location, clean, comfortable bed, had necessary amenities including safe and hair dryer. the manager took time to speak with me at the end and listened.

they are upgrading certain things like towel quality after supply chain issue. water pressure in shower could have been better. shower cap would be nice. provide some gluten free choices at their lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing. The whole facility was very clean and even smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was delightful. On departure the staff was moping and it smelled clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Breakfast was okay. Same options both days we stayed. Wish there was bacon and not two options for sausage plus sausage biscuits and gravy.

Miscommunication between third party and hotel. We had a smaller room booked for us then what we paid for online.

The breakfast was outstanding each day! Great selection of hot & cold items, juices, fruits, cereals & eggs with meat. Gloria & Tim kept the coffee coming & the eating area spotlessly clean. Very happy with breakfast!!!!

PLEASE FIND OUT WHO WAS WORKING FRONT DESK ON 10/31 EVENING! He was dressed as a pirate and was THE BEST! My new wife and I couldn't have been happier with his assistance. He made checking in and the entire experience comfortable. Most people working front desks don't ever seem happy to see you or to be doing their job but if he wasn't he sure faked it well! He's a tremendous asset to your organization and feel he should be acknowledged for his outstanding service as I have a feeling we are not the only ones who he treats so well! :) Please tell him the Fogo de Chau was AMAZING and Meow Wolf was UNBELIEVABLE! Hope he knows he made our trip a lot better after my previous experience at a different hotel chain that was excruciating. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL TIME! - Jake & Qui

For the price nothing to complain! It was beyond my expectations on that price range.
