SureStay Plus by Best Western Thornton Denver North

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no pool as advertised. It was dirty most of the time. The cleaning staff were more than helpful and kind. I was awoken in tje middle of the evening as I was ill but they said I hadn't paid my bill. I paid again they was told that my bill had been paid after all. Still waiting for the refund.

A pool, and breakfast would have been nice.

I like the price and I enjoyed the people they're very friendly helpful everything was perfect with Denver North and Dave was awesome very friendly people thank you very much and I would highly recommend it.

It didn't have a breakfast but but maybe like a bagel and cream cheese with coffee would have been nice or a roll but for the most part it was very enjoyable so thank you

The staff was supreme at the front desk, helped me out tremendously and accommodating to request and service. I definitely would recommend it. Convenient to restaurants and stores, many in walking distance. A nice park nearby. Near the interstate for easy access to Downtown Denver or Boulder. And public transportation close by. Thank you Denver North

Nothing, really great, the price is great. Staff and ownership really attentive.

This hotel room was spotless. I felt incredibly safe and at ease while staying. The hotel sign was very easy to spot from the highway. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe making trips to the car alone late at night. The color palette of our room was serene, and the artwork was so elegantly curated, it was as if each piece was an original.

That I couldn't extend my trip to stay at this hotel longer.

The night shift that checked me in was very courteous and willing to help. I very much appreciate the fact that they are so nice and welcoming at this hotel.

I wish they still served breakfast. That's about the only complaint that I have.

The room, beds pillows were all clean and fresh the room smelled good and it was cozy. Had plenty of lighting plenty of space. The hallways were clean and well taken care of the main space and the entrance way was clean and well taken care of. I love being able to travel with my dog and this hotel accommodated that! Overall I thought this hotel was very nice for the value!

I didn't like that there was nothing underneath the room door so I could hear noise and see light in the hallway.... My dog would bark.. And when I was trying to sleep I had to leave the bathroom light on to keep the fan running and there was only a pocket door so there was light coming through that at night as well.

The staff was very understanding and kind they showed great customer service let them know thank you and I've been here for a month at work and plan on staying here until I have to leave thank you!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and personable. It is always so nice to have a friendly conversation after a very long day of driving. The beds were comfortable, the shower was large, and the hotel room was very clean. The wifi worked really well for the analyses I was doing for work.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't lock, but that is so low stakes that it is negligible. There really was nothing else to complain about.

The staff most importantly. They were friendly, attentive, accommodating. I didnt get names but there wasnt a single person who worked there that wasnt great. Probably the best hotel staff ive ever dealt with

The pool and the fitness center are being remodeled but it wasnt stated on the site. Everything else was fine but I was hoping to take my daughter swimming
