Great location and beautiful property.
Seemed like it was rushed to be open and a lot of things got missed. Towels in room were brand new never washed so they had tons of lint and smelled weird. Sheets also new but unwashed so very stiff. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bedside table was not secured properly to wall making it very wobbly.

This was a newly developed property, so everything was sparkly and fresh. An attractive hotel, in an attractive location. The staff was friendly, at attention and eager to help. You won't find a nicer place in Trinidad.
There was still some new construction occurring outside (adjacent to the hotel, not on the hotel itself), so it was a little dusty and dirty, but I wouldn't expect this to last much longer.

Beds were somewhat firm but super comfortable. Very convenient to have a restaurant and Bar on site. Bathroom was set up nice. Did not use the pool but the pool was open 24 hours.
This was a new hotel and noticed a few things not quite right. (One section of tables/bar with charging stations the chairs were too short.) Wished they had a hot tub.

how new the hotel was, they didn't even have all the décor on the walls, it was such a nice hotel, will defiantly be staying here again!
there was still a lot of outside work being done, which we understood, but when we were leaving the next morning, the road out was blocked and the guy that had to move the truck gave us a dirty look, like it was an inconvenience to him.

Google takes you onto a undeveloped lot—- you are off reading. In the dark it was crazy. You can see hotel but can’t get to it! Hotel needs to tell Google there is a problem! Shower has no pressure at all… hard to get soap off. Beautiful shower stall, terrible shower.

This place is new so it is very clean. Excellent staff. I arrived on a MC and they allowed me to park under the awning as it was getting ready to storm. The restaurant inside is wonderful. Best Caesar Salad I have ever had. I would stay here again.
