I was skeptical about staying in someone's house, but this stay exceeded my expectations. I just needed a place to shower and sleep as I was on a long road trip. Theresa met me at my arrival. I personally like solitude, but she let me know she was available if I had any questions or concerns. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, such as a private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, and microwave. Also, Theresa's property has free covered parking. I just needed the room for a pit stop on my trip, but the downtown location of this property seems to be convenient for someone looking to explore Trinidad. If I ever get a chance to visit Trinidad again, I will look to book this place again.

My partner and I traveled from Texas and spent two nights here to celebrate our 1 year together. Theresa went above and beyond our expectations as a host! Our room was clean, the view was stunning, the house is over 100 years old and impeccably maintained, the appliances were clean and worked as necessary, the bed was clean and incredibly plush and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about our stay here! On the second night it rained and the temperature got down to 60°F which was amazing for us! Where we live in Texas we haven't seen rain since at least mid July and the temperatures have been unrelenting with highs of 95° to 107° every day so we of course went outside and thoroughly enjoyed that night's weather, much to Theresa's amusement I'd presume! Do not pass up on the opportunity to stay here! I can't imagine we'd have had a better experience had we stayed anywhere else!

Theresa is extremely friendly and made sure to give me a lil tour of the space and explain everything, she recommended good food in the area, gave me a list of dispensaries with discounts that she arranged for, and her upstairs arrangement really is very cozy. The bed was really comfortable. She also gave me a free joint and a tiny little brick that says "trinidad". She lets you be for the most part, you just have to communicate that you're no longer going out for the night for food runs and whatnot. I was able to walk to a pizzeria for my dinner. It was a very peaceful stay, especially for a solo female traveler like myself.

There should be a small lamp in the room for when one is trying to wind down. The ceiling fan lights were a bit too much for the late hours.

Theresa was absolutely the best! Perfect mix of making sure we were taken care of and being left alone. Place was spotless, and cozy. I really couldn't ask for anything to be better that she can control. The construction made driving through town a small puzzle, but it was worth it!

The only thing was the stairwell is a bit short. My wife wasn't used to it, so she bumped her head. I grew up with things like that, so had no issues.

The place was clean and quiet. Good location! The room is located within a very pretty home that is also very clean and inviting. Teresa was wonderful! friendly and accommodating! she made our stay great! If available we would definitely stay there again!

Due to the smallness of the staircase a regular bed doesn’t fit. So she has an air mattress and an air couch. It was hard on my back but Teresa did a lot to help us be comfortable!

I didn't have breakfast because I left early, but it was there for us if we wanted it. The owner of the was vary cooperative, helpful and pleasant. She carried forward my reservation since I couldn't stay the the first night obviating the necessity of paying for both nights. If I was going back to Trinidad, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything to be honest.How spacious it was ,the home is very well kepted and has very much summer home vibes she provided more than enough to accommodate me. She had a joint already waiting for me and almostade me sob this experience I'd what I been needing. I traveled by train and was close by. She has god tier cannabis.

We loved the location of our stay-close to downtown and walking distance to restaurants. Theresa was a great hostess and provided us with all our needs, good breakfast and sent us to a wonderful Italian restaurant. Her place was clean and comfortable. We were able to park our car under a carport and she greeted us at the door. We will look forward to staying there if we stop in Trinidad again.

EVERYTHING! Theresa is a super gal! I think I made a new friend! She also offers extra perks. Don't feel like going out to eat? Theresa will provide you with a meal in house for a measly $7.50. She also will provide laundry service, run certain errands for you and so much more! Just ask her, and she will do what she can to accommodate!

Very Nice! Theresa was was great! The 420 room was excellent and smelled good too! I think the no smoking of tobacco products really helped! Nice serve yourself breakfast. Room had everything you could want or need!

The bed was very different - an air bed with a pillow top. Hard to get used to. She did say she was switching out the mattress soon!
