Rooms were clean, I was greeted at check-in by first name ( impressive), breakfast was good and well stocked considering I usually sleep in and catch it during the last hour of availability. Front desk clerks were very polite and understanding when i voiced my concerns over the pet rooms issue.

So my main issue here is with Booking.com mainly and not the hotel. When booking for a pet friendly room on line, no where on the app does it specify that only Queen rooms are pet friendly. Upon arrival I checked in expecting the King room I booked, specified i had a pet, and was told I had to take a PF Queen room or pay an additional $75, which is stated on the BW website but not on Booking.com. This is highly aggravating and inconvenient to those needing a King bed. I dont mind paying the pet fee anywhere i go. However if there are hotel policies pertaining to pet rooms, Booking.com needs to also have those policies stated on their website as well. Also the parking lot is quite small for those of us traveling in larger trucks, such as dually's.

The staff was so friendly, it was actually amazing. They really made you feel comfortable and at home. I very much appreciated the level of service. The breakfast was also great, loved the green chili they had (the breakfast potatoes could have def been crispy but that’s okay)!

The other people who were staying around us kept going in and out of their rooms often and the doors slammed shut so loud it made you jump every time. Also just the noise carrying from the halls was a lot, you could hear everyone’s conversations with no difficulty. BUT besides those two things truly everything was great

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bed was super comfy. I travel a lot for work, and typically don’t take the time to write a review, but felt this needed a positive comment. When I checked in, Nancy, the general manager, greeted me in the most courteous way as a guest could be expected. She thoroughly explained the amenities of the resort to me and explained that she had skilled staff that would be working on site to assist me. There was a super nice, friendly staff member that was working the night shift that really impressed me. Her name was Virginia. She was super friendly and offered helpful advice and assistance to make my stay in Winter Park pleasant. Also, just as an outside observer, I observed Virginia politely deal with some rude guests in the best professional manner as possible. She calmly worked the problem and resolved it and calmed all parties involved. I was impressed. I kind of want to recruit Virginia for my company actually.

great location. walking distance to many amazing restaurants. one block away from skate and family park. awesome for families. From cleanliness to comfortability to customer service, hands down this has to be top five hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels! They have a great breakfast that changes everyday with great choices. Hot and fresh eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and waffles were my favorite! The 14 person hot tub was really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back!

I loved everything about the property

Very comfortable and convenient, Easy walk to good dinner options. Friendly check in service. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast area was right next to main entrance and every time someone entered or exited a blast of cold air came through. Cooled down the food fast.

The property is well located. if you are using the public transit from the mountain you can take almost all buses and get off at Miller road stop. The accommodations were acceptable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Noise transmission in hallways is loud. Daily cleaning is not available. Only after 3 nights do you get the room serviced. (I believe this a holdover from Covid restrictions) Sunday, my departure day, the staff was cleaning rooms and had music in the hallway playing way to loud. I could not even hear my TV. Honestly, his is a management concern as the cleaning staff themselves we’re just doing their job. Most were not English speaking so I did not say anything.

Great location right off highway 40 near Winter and Fraser. My room was nicely remodeled and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Ample free breakfast choices and super friendly staff.

I thought that nightly rate was quite high, especially for shoulder season.

Room was clean , staff were very nice ! My son enjoyed the hot tub right by the building. Breakfast was OK.

We slept with an open window. The noise from outside was waking me up throughout the night / building constructions.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful with anything.

Hot tub area could use some towel hooks because of the moisture that collects.

The staff where very welcoming and nice. Also, having breakfast included was a big plus and there where a lot of options to choose from.

The size of the room was smaller than anticipated but was not a mayor issue.
