Lisa, at the front desk, made everything possible. After the third room check. Ceiling fan, in the first room needed repair. The phone kept bussing. Second room was so very smoke-filled smelling. 5 minutes inside, we both got headachs.The third and final room needed fan repair as well as the shower handle was not attached and falling off. There was a step up and step down into the room. This was an accident just ready to happen, if forgotten! It was, however very clean and the bed comfortable. Lisa made every effort for our stay.

Some repairs were obvious and not addressed, it seems. Steps and more steps. Senor's nightmare! Morning breakfast? No resembling breakfast as first mentioned. Coffee containers were ignored. Very few breakfasts items choice! Majority of the Town stores were closed. Average opening was minimal at best.

Beds were very comfortable! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly/ accommodating. The scenery was beautiful. I would 100% stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

We got there pretty late so there weren’t a lot of food options available because everything was closed. There was a saloon nearby that was open and they had AMAZING food!

The breakfast was better than expected (oatmeal, coffee, juice, muffins), and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The common spaces were very cute and our room was perfect for what we needed. Georgetown was an adorable little town and it was perfect being so close to all the hikes we were doing in the mountains! I would totally stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised! It was an older facility but it was CLEAN!! The staff was engaging and pleasant. There was no so called breakfast due to covid. After our stay, we visited with a friend about Georgetown only to learn they stay there as well. I would definately recommend if you are not concerned about having the newest place to stay at but want some place clean.

The most important things were very good. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was very good. Plenty of clean towels. The staff person we met was personable and accommodating. The views from the property were magnificent and the location was very good.

The shower and sink areas are very small, but usable. The breakfast was packaged junk food, not really edible. Perhaps Little Debbie stuff? I think the bedspreads and blankets need updating,

Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Good location. Wifi worked good. Good price point. AC/Heater worked well.

Only about 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper on the roll and no extra...had to go to the front desk to get more. The faucet in bathroom was hard to shut off; could never get it to a spot where it wasn't drizzling at least. It needs fixing. Coffee in the common area was terrible.

Quiet comfortable room. Reasonably priced.

No breakfast was available. They no longer make it available since the Fauci scaredemic, No restaurants in Georgetown open until 8 am. I had to be on the road before that time.

Lisa represents what Georgetown is to me. She welcomed me and immediately addressed things regarding my situation. Breakfast is on point. I love it here. If you are looking for swanky fancy, maybe not for you.

The view was amazing, the beds comfortable, the room was clean!! The price was great! I would stay again, even with all the ridiculous signs.

The only thing negative are all of the condecending signs. A list of items in the room and the consequences of theft. "Honestly is the best policy", etc. I am not a thief, I am not a child, and I know the cosequences if I take or damage something. This hotel is no different than any other, the consequences are the same, except most dont feel the need to put up rude signs. The owner should realize it actually cheepened the hotel, it made it look bad. All we could think reading the signs was that the nice, clean, comfortable room was just a front. What kind of place were we staying at if they feel the need to put up all the condecending signs?

The area was pretty, the price was perfect. Could not ask for a better experience for the price in that area. We hiked up to the 14er near by and it was a great place.

Nothing, it was great. The rooms were as expected. If you expected more than you clearly didnt read about the place beforehand. All was as expected.
