Was clean and the room was spacious. The shower was really nice and roomy.

Noisy. We could hear the people in the next room and up and down the halls all night. The traffic outside with the big trucks and braking was loud also. There are No restaurants other than in the casino and no shopping. It said that shopping was available, but you had to drive to another town if you wanted anything other than Casinos.

Price, room hotel. I wasn't there for gambling. I wanted to stay in Idaho Springs, but all the lodging was rundown and not to standards for comfort. Sad but true. Thanks to booking.coms assistance was able to find something nice, comfortable and close.

Everything was very expensive in blackhawk except the room. Wouldn't have stayed there if it wasnt for the room price location and cleanliness.

The hotel was nice with plenty of amenities. Starbucks in the lobby and multiple restaurants available. It was a different pace for Colorado but nice.

I didn’t like that there were pretzels on the floor upon check in and hair in the shower. Also there was no “do not disturb” sign for us to hang so housekeepers were knocking at 8:30 am. Also, vegetarian and healthy options were hard to find at the small restaurant.

I love the casino at the isle. Check in is always easy and the staff is very friendly. Clean rooms.

As ive said before, the only thing i dont like is the cleaning staff coming at 8:30-9:00 to clean the room. Checkout is at 11:00. This morning at 8:30 I had a knock on my door (no do not disturb sign in the room) and before i could wake up and answer they already had the key in the door and tried to open it. Very frustrating. I care for 2 developmentally disabled adults 24/7. When i do get a free weekend i enjoy going to blackhawk to get away by myself and relax and sleep in a few extra hours. Like ive said previously, i always stay at the isle because the staff is always great and its my favorite casino. Unfortunately I'm rethinking staying at the isle anymore. Its unfortunate this would be my only reason for not staying their. I feel like im being pushed out when im paid up until 11 am.

They were very accommodating and we enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this to others.

They charged my credit card for both of the rooms. We did not get refunded for the one room, and they charged it to the other credit card for the room as well. I would like the promised refund. I need to contact the property or please have them contact me!!

The room was clean and beautiful and the bed very comfortable.

We did not like the barn door that slid from closet to bathroom. It was very heavy and difficult to close up the bathroom. Also, but not your problem unless you are responsible to the tightness of the casino slots, I probably will not come to gamble there again. I don't mind losing my money but not so quickly. I've been gambling (not big like some) for quite sometime and have always won/lost over a longer period of time, not in just 15 minutes.

There is a lot of free parking available and everything is generally very clean. Starbucks is on site for the morning breakfast and coffee needs. Location is pretty central on Main Street.

Room had a few issues that were due to the design choices - barn door wasn’t easy to slide since the guide on the floor was broken. Room was a tad on the warm side and the A/c didn’t do much to help it.

Breakfast was not included. We ate breakfast at the Dash on the casino level. Most of it was very good, except for the “Dash Breakfast”. Would not order it again. Our room was very nice and roomy. Casino was great.

We should have been told that there was no housekeeping for 3 days. Barn door for closet and bathroom was very hard to slide and our door out to the hallway had to be slammed to get it shut (Room 729).

Location was great, parking was great, we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

The bathroom sink drain smelled bad and the shower floor was filmy and slick with buildup of soap scum. The Starbucks was understaffed and the wait was so long for service that we left without ordering.

The staff was so helpful to me and I really cannot say enough about the facility Lee and the staff. Any time I had a request it was fulfilled. I commend the front desk staff especially Noemi and The Vallet.

Only thing was the the phone was not working properly in the room. My little granddaughter was desperately trying to get ahold of us and we didn't get good reception on our phones And with her voice sounding so young which she is we did have a little emergency but a neighbor took care of it.
