The place is very clean and the staff was great. I will definitely recommend it.

My boyfriend and I both had meetings in the area the next day so we decided last min to stay the night so we wouldn’t have to commute. We didn’t want to spend too much, just needed somewhere to sleep. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the front desk was very sweet. The property was very clean and you could tell the room was recently updated. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

The staff thad great customer sevice everyone who worked there that i came in contact with was so nice and helpful also the safety I felt there a few other hotels around here have shady people this is more a family or business hotel also the pool is heated for the winter love it definitely will recommend to friends

My mom is sick at Yale and we keep having to extend our stay, they have made it effortless and allowed us to add more days, they also offer laundry, any toiletries you may have forgotten oh, and they are an impeccable , nice and considerate staff ESPECIALLY the front desk !!!

Well on booking.com it says breakfast included in price , along with an indoor pool/spa and gym however due to covid although they are up and running they say they're waiting for corporate to give them the" Go ahead" which is understandable, but it would be nice to be noted on the website. However they do offer coffee!

the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is located in an office complex so it was very quiet

It took a very long time to check in as there was a person in front of me having a problem and the manager choose not to check me in which would have only taken a few minutes so I had to wait about 20 minutes before he would check me in. It was difficult to find the hotel

Front desk staff was terrific. We arrived around 2:30 and allowed to check in as rooms were ready. Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure for the shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water. King bed was very comfortable.

Toilet was not properly secured to floor, causing it the rock side to side a little.

Because of covid they have breakfast grab and go bags. Which was convenient. The location is excellent. There is everything that you need in walking distance. Very safe and secure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had no complaints. Also they are pet friendly!

I didnt find anything that i didn't like. For what you pay, you definitely get your money's worth, especially in Connecticut!

It was nothing like what you see in the pictures online, rooms look old a dingy, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, just wasn't happy with the room itself. Needs updated. Our room was just at the top of the steps , if you are not paying attention while coming from the room you can easily go right off the top of the steps. Could not get the luggage cart all the way to the room because of the steps, we had to unload it at the bottom and carry our stuff into the room.

Everything i like about it the cleanness it was very very very quiet i really really really enjoyed the stay

There's was nothing i didn't like at all but i just a little upset with the reservation where they couldn't find me and i couldn't get my rate so i pay only two days is because they couldn't find me in there system and they said there system was acting up

Fantastic bed, late checkout, excellent value when compared to my recent stays at motels in this same market.

Check in was slow but the nice gentleman that checked me in was a bit that speed as well - so all OK. Trash is a bit of a problem in the parking lots.
