The room I was in was newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable.

The room next to me had their phone alarm going off continuously at max volume starting at 4:00am. It took the staff until 6:15am to get them to tuen it off. A few minutes later it started going off again. I checked out at that point. Had less than 4hrs sleep coming off a 14 hour work day and going into a second 14 hr work day. I was pretty peeved. Also my booking description said included breakfast and there was no breakfast included.

I thought that the breakfast was cooked to order. I thought that meant fresh food individually prepared. But found that it was processed food that was just heated up/microwaved. Not scrambled eggs made from fresh eggs, etc The latte was also packaged. It was okay, but I was expecting more. The dining area was very welcoming and very clean. I liked having metal utensils. Also all staff I encountered were very pleasant, the front desk, the breakfast and cleaning personnel. Thank you!

I did not eat breakfast but the menu was extremely limited, so I chose to eat elsewhere. I liked the pool, I liked how the staff was extremely nice. The room was nice and big and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very nice and eager to help.

I didn't like that the water never got hot enough in the shower or in the sink. When I looked up in the shower, I found the area near the ceiling was not cleaned.

You had 2 employees that made my day. One was Angel, excellent customer service and the other was Vjosa from the kitchen staff that served us our breakfast and was so nice and helpful towards me and my family. Thank you for your service and I will return

The lady in the morning shift working the front desk but I didn’t get her name, she was like Indian I believe. She made me feel very uncomfortable

There was a pretty unruly wedding party on the floor. We we interrupted at 1:30a buy a couple of drunk ‘ bros’ ringing our doorbell. Terrifying my kids.

Friendly staff Great breakfast - I like this idea of actually ordering what you want instead of wasting food by putting it out on a buffett style (please keep it as it it's perfect)

Very clean, quiet and comfortable

No food. No 24/7 coffee. 1 toilet paper in the bathroom should supply at 3. Limited toiletries for those that have skin issues. not enough K-cups in the room. only 1 decaf. and again some coffee contain nuts. Some people like myself is allergic to nuts.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, lights.) The employees were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the service. The pool was perfect for a quick swim, especially because no one else was there using it at the time.

The only thing I noted was that the carpet in the elevator looked old and soiled.

The room was extremely nice, and clean. The closet was very spacious, and I liked the little nook (like you would have in a mud room) to hang things and place your shoes. In addition, the bed was very comfortable. Even with a limited menu, the breakfast burrito was the best I have had.

Their were I am assuming guest of the hotel that were loud and vulgar in front of the hotel. That didn't give me a warm and safe feeling arriving in the evening.

Slept so well. Quiet and clean. Would be nice to have breakfast included.
