The staff was very nice and met all of our needs. Greg especially was very kind and helped us with anything we may have needed during our stay. They offered a shuttle service on the weekends to take you from and to the casino just minutes away. Breakfast was good and complimentary. There is a bar/ food area to order and eat- for a hotel kitchen i thought the food was good. I’m not a picky eater. The room was clean and roomy. Not cramped at all. The pool was nice and the patio attached was enough for what I needed it for- sun bathing 😁

The only thing I would complain about it- is how hot they keep the pool. At a temperature of 84 degrees. I feel a little too hot for an indoor pool. 75 maybe 80 is perfect

The bed was amazing! It was like sleeping on a cloud. We were nervous it would be too soft, but it wasn't! The room darkening shades were a plus. They allowed us to sleep in a bit without the disruption of bright light coming in. We loved the swivel feature of the TV. We were able to eat our late night snack on the couch and watch TV, but then quickly turn it when we were ready for bed. Great feature! We were disappointed there was no hot tub, but didn't ruin the night. The wings and parmasean fries were fantastic!!! The staff as we waited for the food were conversational and sweet. Check in was an absolute breeze. Walked in, gave the guy our name, a couple of clicks of the keyboard and he handed us a key!! We did wish the shuttle to mohegan sun started earlier, but again, didn't ruin the stay, just would've been nice. We live in MN and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Mohegan Sun area.

The breakfast was only okay. Felt like elementary school re-heated food. Two mornings in a row was the same thing, rubbery eggs, thin French toast, and runny fruit that I think was meant to go on the yogurt. No hot tub.

The spacious room size, the oversized bathroom countertop, the comfortable beds and couch, swimming pool. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The bar area lacked a sink and water, making it cumbersome to prepare drinks and coffee. The glasses were tucked away in a cabinet across from the bed instead of on the bar or in the bathroom. One coffee cup was tucked away in the refrigerator, not discovered until we cleaned out the fridge. The hot entrees at the breakfast were not hot and the pastry/bread selection was inadequate. The desk chair was not as comfortable as the ergonomic chairs we have seen in other hotel chains. The pool room did not have a dedicated changing area. You had to use the one person bathroom outside the pool area to change and shower. No receptacle for the used towels. You had to go back inside the pool room to drop off the towels after changing.

The hotel is very modern and fresh, staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk informed me of all the available amenities, morning buffet breakfast. The room was clean well kept, had a small kitchen with good size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, full sink and dishwasher. No cooktop but if I was going to stay longer, my portable induction burner would do nicely. It had dished glasses and cups as well as bowls and plenty of utensils. The bed was clean firm and comfortable, and my only complaint would be the pillows. Typical hotel thin and take three to make a decent pillow. It is also conveniently close to the casino which makes a quick 4-minute trip by shuttle when running or by your own vehicle.

My only complaint were the pillows.

Staff, location, cost, amenities

As a silver elite, we were given the top floor which was very nice. HOWEVER, we were put in room 402 and the entire building's air conditioning unit was on the roof directly above our room. It was like a jet-engine above our room every time it turned on. We requested another room, got one but then had to pack-up, move, then unpack. That was very inconvenient and we thought the room should have been free for the inconvenience. For sure, you need to consider taking room 402 out of the pool of available rooms. no microwave in each room and our CO2 monitor batteries had never been changed causing it to beep at 11:15 pm. I called the front desk and they could only move us to another room. it was our last night and we had a sleeping 2 year old. they did offer to let me remove the batteries which worked but I had hesitation because there is a fine if you tamper with it. come to find out they were corroded and the same batteries that came with it during installation.

My Room Was Clean And Comfortable! The Free Breakfast Was Yummy! The Staff Members Were Very Knowledgeable And Helpful! The Bar And Grill Was Excellent! The Parking Accommodations Were Excellent! The Area Was Great For Attractions!

There Was Nothing I Did Not Like! My Expectations Were Completely Fulfilled! Keep Up Your Excellence! I Will Be Glad To Return! I Will Definitely Recommend This Hotel To All My Family And Friends! I Am Sure They Will Enjoy Their Stay As Much As I Enjoyed My Stay!

Big room and great breakfast. Hotel was clean and staff was great, would recommend it for others! Close to Mohegan Sun and some dinner options around.

During the breakfast had to use plastic cutlery quite often, as it was quite often not enough regular cautery for all guests. But this was a minor thing to the great breakfast choices. Also entrance to the hotel could be more visible.

Beautiful entry, very inviting, and liked how open it was. Lot’s of natural light too! We liked & enjoyed the cafe located next to the front desk. Great selection & delish! Our room was very lovely, spacious, and well laid out. So happy to have a little kitchenette as well. We appreciated all of the things that were included in the room too.

The smoking area is located near the front entry. Appliances to make breakfast were breaking down. (waffle maker, one of the coffee makers, toaster barely toasted)
