it was very very clean. there was even a big refrigerator with a freezer too. A nice free breakfast as well.

The tiny pillows. they are half the size of a regular pillow but they were clean.

I always stay here, to visit my children. This hotel has a friendly staff. Awesome pool, free breakfast, free parking and clean rooms. I also appreciate that you guys assistance with the extra booking I made by accident. You allowed me a refund for the 2nd room. Thanks bookings.com. looking forward to using this site again. Break fast need to serve different food! I have stayed there more than 20 times and they keep providing the same break fast every times! Also pick up everything before the time to close the break fast room! Also they need to fix the bathroom exhaust fan! Have stay in different rooms and none of the bathrooms’ exhaust fan on them have work properly or work at all!

It was very nice Would have liked a piece of fruit But there was a variety of fruit juices available Hot coffee, the breakfast was awesome

More privacy for the windows I stayed in the 1st floor I could visibly see people walking by my window The middle curtains were very sheer Otherwise, I can only give excellent reviews There was a pool, however I had to attend a event, so I never utilized I enjoy my stay

I loved the look and size of the property the garden area is beautiful, the breakfast area was well kept and clean, the desk and tanu was so very helpful for a family emergency that we had that broke our three day stay up. Loved the pool area even though we didn’t get to use.

Nick really went out his way to upgrade our room. The king wasn't ready due to sold out night before but he didn't want us to wait the 30 mins i was willing and gave upgrade. Had kitchenette with everything I needed but food . Although I didn't cook but it was well stocked pots,pans, knives,plates bowls, even a potato peeler 😊 also Nick gave me a 10%discount for there Shaking Crab restaurant which I did enjoy eating same parking lot and easy walk over or they will deliver to you. 😋

Tv was just a little small but it had good channels HBO1 2,3,4,5,6.

For the cost I didn't expect much, the room was super clean. Bed was comfy and pillows were comfy. I loved the waffles we could make. Woman at lobby station was a peach. Super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast had big selection !!! The location was perfect for going to a concert at Mohegan Sun. I loved the Shaking Crab seafood restaurant on the premise. Best food I ever ate!

In my room there was a strange hole in the wall and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall by the wires. At 9:30 they ran out of eggs and The coffee smelt like musty water. And strangely outside door was open when we came in at midnight.

The room was very nice for the value, it is decent size, comfortable and clean. The free breakfast included way exceeded my expectations for its room value, it has hot pancakes, sausages, egg, potatoes, and includes toast, jam, muffins, yogurts, cereals, milk, juice and coffee. The staff are very helpful and attentive to my needs.

The hotel building is indeed an older structure that shows its age. An over all renovation could really help make it shine.

That housekeeping didn't even come into my room to take the trash, replace my towels or remake the bed when I was there for two nights...TV stations could be better, HBO/Max was good, but it'd be good to offer more channels like TVLand, BBC America or even access to Netflix. And my fridge was handy, but it was freezing all my water's overnight....And the pool water was a bit cold, considering it was supposed to be heated.

Room was clean and offered all amenities, microwave, refrigerator, tv, internet etc.

At check in , greeting was lacking, even though I tried to make small talk typing on the computer was more important than interacting. I had to go to the desk after I went to the room to ask If they had WI-FI and then was told a password. Wi-fi was not listed as available
