Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton

Staff was very helpful nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

This hotel had installed extremely heavy door that are put in place in case of a fire. We were unaware of this which cause my hand getting slammed in the door. Nothing broke just bad bruising. When I mentioned it at check out staff was very apologetic and kind and offered me a bandage. I should have asked for a manager at that point. This information should be provided before it more than swollen and bruised fingers.

The cleanliness, the friendliness and politeness of the front desk staff, the A/C and heat worked great, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and our floor was quiet.

The room was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable but the elevators and the hall next to the elevators on the ground floor were dirty... I chose this hotel because it said it had a whirlpool and a pool to my disappointment the whirlpool was no longer there it had been filled with cement

The room was comfy and clean I'm excited to see everything after the renovations. The shower had great water pressure, I like the toiletries you offer, the soaps smelled good and didn't dry my skin out like hotel soap usually does. There's a lot of tv channels. Again, the room was super clean! The staff was super nice and friendly too

The breakfast I got ended up being cold and it was definitely a frozen meal. (At least part of it was, the omlette and the bagel toppers were frozen meals, not sure about the sausage and the home fries, but they were cold-luke warm) It wasn't terrible but I didn't like it enough to finish it and Id rather skip breakfast on my second day. I know covid makes things difficult to operate like normal :(

We had a king suite it was very specious and clean. The spa tub was wonderful! We were surprised that there were actually two bathrooms in the suite. They offered a good buffet for breakfast. It was nice to get away during the pandemic we felt safe and everyone followed guidelines. We would definitely return here.

The pool and jacuzzi were not available, we weren't told that ahead of time.

a bit pricy for a short overnight stay with no amenities utilized. Room door was stiff and hard to open with luggage.

Breakfast should come as complimentary not having to pay a large sum of money then have to pay for breakfast

Can always count on a great room and great breakfast before going to the Coast Guard Academy

There was a fire pit! And, staff was friendly.

Bed and pillows were too soft and the hallway carpets were a tad ratty.

The location was peaceful yet close to shopping and food. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was delicious!

When needing to add another night after already being there for 3 nights they wanted to charge me a lot more money so I ended up staying at a different hotel.
