I stayed at the Hampton Inn with my son. The room was very clean. I noticed that in the bathroom instead of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. They have dispensers on the wall with them in it, including lotion. I thought was a great idea.The breakfast was good. On Sat they had egg omelet with cheddar cheese, with red skin potatoes and Canadian bacon. Sun they had western egg omlett, sausage patty's. Choices of cereals, breads, bagels, waffles. I thought this hotel was a good stay.

The mattresses that was in our room should be replaced. Mine and my sons wasn't comfortable at all. They were hard, we both were tossing and turning all night.

Breakfast was simply amazing... loved the setup and the variety of food... comfortable beds... airconditioning was decent

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible... no daily room service... tv was not working but the staff got it fixed the next day

The breakfast was awesome with loads of selections. The room was a very comfortable size and I like that there is a grab bar in the shower. Love the new updates to the dining area. The hostess that was taking care of it was very nice. And bonus there were cookies when I arrived on Wednesday. Not sure of the man's name at the desk but he was so nice! And I love the digital key and being able to pick my room!

A little trouble with keeping the temperature of the room where we liked it. My friend complained about the hardness of the mattress but I was okay with it. The ashtrays near the entrance should be further away.

I like the location and how easy it was to get to everything. I loved the breakfast and that it was included in my rate. the staff was very accommodating.

My curtains were pretty badly stained and need to be replaced. the side door lock was faulty and didn’t work at all so we always had to use the front entrance.

Good location for a stop on a long road trip

No one was at the front desk when we arrived - took a while for someone to show up. Rooms are def dated - scratched up furniture

It was hit or miss if the key card worked on the doors it was supposed to, the bedspread was kinda scratchy but alright

Clean and extremely covid conscious in the processes and cleanliness procedures. Also, I forgot my phone at check out and when I dialed it to locate it, a staff member promptly answered and asked if I was looking for my phone and said they were holding it for me at the front desk. For this and the sanitation, I rated you guys a full 10 even though the coffee was way too strong and breakfast was underwhelming. Thank you for the honesty.

The accessibility from the highway is quite difficult to get to when arriving from the north end. Perhaps Hilton should negotiate a left turn exit from the state route that would be more convenient to your location.

they were overbooked (which I completely understand with a lacrosse tournament in town), but we didn’t get the two queen beds I reserved.

The room was a good size. Everyone was friendly.

There were little gnats coming out of the air vent. Also there were bugs on one of my towels and over by the toilet.
