Amazing staff, beautiful facility, great pool and outdoor patio.

The towels could have been bigger but hardly worth complaining about. Maid service every day would have been nice. Didn't know I had to ask for new towels. Didn't get the details of our stay because I booked through 3rd party. I saw other guests getting a welcome packet and some type of gift bag that included water, etc. However, for the price I paid, I'm fine without all that. The drive to the beach was long because of the traffic. Couldn't walk anywhere because of the location so you'll need to plan on sitting in traffic for at least 20 minutes when you want to go somewhere.

This hotel is well-maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful. Just a short drive to Rehoboth Beach. Nicely maintained pool. Outdoor fire pit a nice touch—especially on a cooler night. It’s our second stay and we will book again in the future.

Breakfast is always well done, but this visit they ran out of oatmeal by 9:05, and it closes at 9:30am. It should be well-stocked up until the time it ends. Strawberries (they’re in season!) should have been added to the cut up fresh fruit. We really do miss a waffle maker, though. All other hotels we stay at have one. They did bring out waffles one morning but they can’t compare to the ones made with the waffle maker. The same protein should not be offered two days in a row. The bathroom needs a couple of shelves on the wall to put toiletries on. No place to put them because there’s only one small sink.

THANK YOU FOR BEING PET FRIENDLY! The highlight of our day was meeting everyone’s dog. The entire staff was lovely! Big shout out to Anthony and the breakfast guys who do an exceptional job. Beautiful space for breakfast. Real plates and glassware! Even had almond milk for the very delicious steel cut oats with 6 choices of toppings. The lap pool was amazing and a perfect temperature. They even warm the air in that space so you don’t freeze when you get out of the pool! Isn’t that considerate?? It’s a very new property so everything is in top shape. Good location… just a short drive to Rehoboth Beach. Bedding wonderful. We will definitely return.

We booked the room with 2 queen beds. There was only one sink with hardly any room to put toiletries and cosmetics. I suggest installing a shelf above the toilet tank for some extra space. Very inconvenient to have to leave the bathroom to get what you need. It would also be nice to offer light roast coffee. The only choices were dark and decaf. Although the breakfast was very good, we really missed a waffle maker. We were also a bit disappointed that we never saw bacon at breakfast—only sausage for 4 days straight. Oh and this is being very picky. The windows looking from the pool to the fire pit and the exercise room needed to be washed. So for these reasons I could only rate a 9/10. Maybe the management will consider these changes.

Location was great for my purpose (possible relocation, so was looking at places to live). Great staff. Dana checked me in, made me a drink, took my food order at the bar, then served the food! Small property…love it. She’s an asset to your team. Loves her job and it shows. Then met Zach during breakfast Tuesday morning. F&B guy replenishing the buffet. Very friendly and helpful…another happy employee. I grew up in the business; my parents owned a resort in the Poconos. You have 2 awesome employees here…recognize them!

The mattress. But to be fair, mine is fairly new 🙂

Proximity to main highway. Convenient to walgreens and popular restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was a bonus. Lighting in bather room was great. Microwave and refrigerator was nicely configured. Nice firepit outside.

Sheets had stains. They clearly were clean but was unexpected. Bed was comfortable otherwise.

Clean, friendly staff, fantastic facilities, comfortable room. Price is incredibly high, but all hotels seemed to be in the same range in that area.

My only complaint was a ridiculously low flow shower. It was hard to was off sand from the beach. I don;t think these low flows are saving water because it took me twice as long to get clean!

The staff, property, amenities, and the continental breakfast were all excellent. Could not have asked for better.

I was awakened multiple times by barking dogs. I’m on vacation, I wanted to be able to fully relax. Once or twice, I could understand, but this was everyday, and various times. We were going to extend our stay 2 more nights, but found a different hotel that wasn’t pet friendly. I needed to get a full nights sleep, lol!

Very clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet fan/heating and how well it worked.

The breakfast food was presented well but isn't any better than any other hotel. Which is to say it is lousy. Tasteless eggs, dry bread, processed, not fresh. I would rather have less choice and better quality or have a real freshly made meal and charge for it.

Breakfast was good. Zac was amazing and very accommodating. Staff was pleasant. We will definitely lodge there again.

The room was a little chilly. However Rachel quickly brought up more blankets and changed the batteries on the thermostat. Only suggestion would be round the clock coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby. Also more cable channels would be nice

it was just very welcoming. The outside patio was fantastic. Everyone was enjoying the pool. My room was extremely comfortable. I like the darkening shades and breakfast was great. staff was very friendly and informative. There should be a few more options in the food pantry like soup noodle soup for the microwave but other than that everything was absolutely fantastic.
