The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

When I arrived at 1 pm on a Thursday in the off season, it was clear that the hotel was quiet / not busy. I went to the front desk with hopes I could drop my bags into my room and change. I was told my room was ready but would have to pay $25 to get into it at that time. I completely understand charging extra for early check in when you are busy or when housekeeping needs to make special accommodations to have a room ready early. But that was not the case at all. I was pretty disappointed to have to sit and wait for an hour, for really no reason, especially as a Hilton Honors Rewards member that always chooses your hotels over the others.

This hotel met all our needs. Close to great restaurants and all our favorite places in the area. Great coffee, breakfast, salt water pool as well as cozy lobby area. The room was spacious enough for a family of four with two teenage boys.

I didn't realize when I booked that the hotel was pet-friendly. My suggestion would be to keep the pets to one floor. Dogs were roaming all over the hotel, including the breakfast/eating area. My allergies starting acting up within several hours of checking. Also, there was a dog barking several doors down for hours which was really annoying. Please revisit your pet guidelines.

The cleanliness. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It’s in a quiet location. The suites are very well appointed. We stay here many months out of the year. It’s pet friendly, which is a major plus because we prefer to travel with our dog. The location is very convenient to Lewes, Rehobeth Beach, grocery stores, restaurants and all kinds of shops and stores.

The pillows are not the best! They’re too soft and too few. A “pillow menu” would be nice to choose from. There is a pool but it would be great if it were an indoor/outdoor and a lot bigger. Lastly, lighting abounds but dimmers in the bathroom and bedroom would be nice. The lighting is so bright, it’s blinding.

Clean, brightly lit and tastefully decorated, friendly staff, breakfast included, complimentary water and cookies. Bed was very comfortable, room had a monitor fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave. Area between bed and sitting areas had a nice thick curtain that could be used to separate them. My husband could sleep and I could sit and read without disturbing him. Location was great for Rehoboth shopping and visiting Cape Henlopen State Park. The noise was minimal and that is huge to us.

We looked out the window to the pizza place next door, but we didn't book for an Oceanview hotel, so it was no big deal. And Nic-A-Boli does have some delicious pizza!

Exceptionally clean. The room is super spacious and laid out in a perfect way for families and optimizes space for luggage, beach gear, and food. The beds are awesome and plentiful towels. The pool is nice. It is VERY warm. Almost like a hot tub but for us it was amazing.

Not much but and we can’t complain but here are a few minor things that we didn’t love. 1. the bathroom door slides and won’t stay closed unless it’s locked. This was a minor issue for us having a child with us who wanted the door closed. 2. breakfast was good overall but not having peanut butter was a bummer. The fruit wasn’t ripe any of the days we were there. The coffee was really bold and only one selection so I had to get coffee elsewhere each day.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast options were great! It’s across from the transit center, which makes taking the bus to/from Rehoboth super easy (ride all day for $4 and skip the hassle of finding parking downtown).

For being a newer property, it already feels worn out, especially the rooms: carpet was stained, walls had black marks on them. Shower walls were dingy, etc. Room could have been cleaner and had a strange odor (definitely not a freshly cleaned scent). Perhaps this is due to it being a pet friendly facility. I would expect more for a Hilton facility.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, the breakfast and other amenities were generous. We brought our dogs and the dog facilities were great.

The bed was very soft, so for younger people, that might work, but was not comfortable for those of us in our 60s.

The atmosphere, cleanliness of the rooms, great helpful staff (especially Destiny going the extra mile to get me checked in)

How Booking. Com failed to send confirmation of my payment to the hotel and I almost was unable to check in and the poor customer service that was given when trying to call and rectify. I will book DIRECTLY next time.

It was really clean. The breakfast had different things for you to eat and drink. They had small fire outside on the patio it was nice. Indoor pool and gym. Places for yoy to sit and louge around if you didn't want to stay in your room. Tvs, computers access. .

The bed was small it felt like a full. It had everything in the room. Refrigerator(tall), microwave, I believe dishwasher. They also had silverware.
