bathroom needs to be updated or cleaner craftsmanship w repairs

updated furnishings, clean bedding, sufficient towels for one person, easy parking

*coffee maker was broken in breakfast area!breakfast area cramped, *tv cable not working for a time during two different occasions of my stay, *internet access info not written out, *toilet area floor dirty (“gummy” spots), *limited amenities—no Kleenex, hair conditioner, shower cap, and bottled water, for example, and … *the check-out gal was rude—she hardly dealt with my check-out as she chatted with someone on the phone, then had me wait, wait, wait to know if my departure was complete. I finally had to interrupt her phone conversation to ask if things were complete so I could leave!

Very affordable and close to main road

Walk-in shower head is installed where it hits the shower curtain. Very strange. Causing excessive water on the floor. Does have an extra drain but not very well designed

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

The website said breakfast but the options were very slim. There were only 2 tables to accommodate the whole entire hotel building which made it very uncomfortable.

Clean room but could use some updates . Don’t eat breakfast. Was pleased with the visit. Can’t think of anything that would not recommend to anyone

The HVAC SYSTEM COULD USE SOME MAINTENANCE

Good size rooms. Had fridge in each room.

Asked for a nonsmoking room. Got a smoking room instead. My daughter-in-law has asthma and had an attack because of the air quality from previous guests. The manager was able to move us to a different, and larger, room. The upgrade was wonderful and the air quality in the new room was very good.

For the amount of money paid for just 2 nights in Dover, DE, continental breakfast should have been provided. I know there are many COVID restrictions, but much more upscale establishments are providing that service.

The bathroom could have been a little more updated. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, this is the place for you. Just make sure you don’t go on Homecoming weekend when the rates are skyrocketed, and you are forced to pay for a very basic room.

I didn’t dislike anything. it was great for our duration of the stay.

The beds are sooo comfy! I could sleep forever in them.

I didn’t like how my sister and I was accused of leaving a dirty room when we wasn’t even in the room that long. we feel that they had the wrong people and room number. instead of asking they just assumed it was us. other then that it was handled and fine after.

Place is on a very convenient place. The staff are very polite. Front desk very helpful if needed in a emergency. The place very quite no loud noises in the hallway nor slamming doors. The place is clean.
