There was nothing!

Latitutes was exceptional. Servers name was Katie and she is outstanding. Staff by pool were helpful. Plenty of water to stay hydrated.. The valets for luggage and car were very polite. Just a great experience.

Two issues. Had trouble with room service on Thursday - could not get order confirmed. The only staff person that needs some training was the guy setting up chairs. on the beach. He said he would bring towels and he never came back. I walk with a cane and needed assistance getting up from lounger. He was nowhere to be found but another guest assisted me.

Beautiful place and service -oriented staff. Waiters servicing the pool area and beach. Restaurant onsite was awesome (both the food and gorgeous interior). Room was clean and bed was heavenly....really nice!

The hotel remodeling was underway right outside our room (246) and a jack hammer woke us up Monday morning. Our room was right on the end of the wall where cement removal was occurring. We should have been advised of work that was underway on the wall of our room.

Restaurant food was excellent. The staff was very good but I will tell you the parking attendance was fantastic. They were on the ball whether you were going out someplace to get your car or bringing your car back. They were just excellent and so professional that that was to me the most outstanding part of the stay when I needed my car it was right there, and when I brought it back, they took care of it right away. It was excellent.

Not that I didn’t like something but I wish the outdoor bar facilities was open a little bit later than I believe it was 9 o’clock during the week and 10 o’clock on the weekends. There’s nothing else around the hotel there without getting a car and driving someplace it would be nice if the bar could stay open till 1130

The location on the beach is great. The sun loungers and parasols too. Fairly new and of good quality. Perfect for a few days at the beach. Our sea view room was very clean and we had a wonderful view. We really enjoyed the nice restaurant and bar several times. For us a perfect place for a beach vacation.

Clean and good location

Most of the staff were good but there are a few that seem to be annoyed if you ask them something and then there was the bartender by the pool that gave me the biggest nasty attitude cause I dare to order something while she was preparing a drink to another client - which obviously I had no idea.

I loved the location being close to the beach. I am not really a beach person for lying out in the sun, but there was a pool as well so it was perfect. However, I do like to walk on the beach and love the sound of the waves. Very relaxing.

The business center computers were not working so I could not print out anything from my computer. Even though I was not working, I do need to check work emails when I am away and I needed to print something out and could not. I needed to mail a package for work and had to email the document to the front office email address for them to print for me. They did not have any large mailing envelopes so I had to go to the post office, luckily I had a car and it was only 1-2 miles away.

We've stayed at the Delray Sands several times over the last few years - love the location and the ocean view! It's very chill, relaxed, small enough to make it easy to run down for breakfast, everything's very accessible, staff is very friendly and if you have an issue they try to resolve it right away. Shout out to Xavier and Derrick! Love it here!

There were a few small glitches (my name was put in backwards so I couldn't access wifi without going down to check, they forgot turn down service and to refill my bottled water, but when I asked they sorted it right away.

The vibe in general.

The cleaning staffing, the women who clean the rooms, are kind of shy or are not well trained or have lack of motivation, for sure a management fault, but when you say good morning or hello to them, they basically stay silent, never smile or say anything..it looks they work very hard for the money they are being paid. Please look at that. It is nice to receive a hello or good morning as part of the good experience.

Staff always ready to please. Room was great. Access to beach was excellent. Have already recommended this place to friends. Will definitely stay here again.

Latitudes Restaurant has muffins on the menu but did not have any for the entire stay. Since there really isn’t any other place onsite to get a quick and light breakfast, they should offer muffins or something similar for grab n go breakfast.
