the receptionist JAQUE was great, helpful and friendly, and never asked anything from me.. so i thought of her when im doing this survey. the room was spacious and the kingsize bed was comfy.. the view was nice.. location wasnt too far from attractions.

the kitchen/breakfast host... not sure her name.. but seemed to have an attitude. she may be the supervisor idk.. young black woman. i asked her for silverware.. its like.. instead of saying yes, she just turn around and did it.. but gav eme a look. the first time me and my gf went there to check out breakfast.. idk it was an awkward interaction.. i didnt feel.. welcomed by this individual. but she gave me the silverware.. weird energy. uuum other than that.. the pool could be bigger..

I paid extra to have the breakfast included. The first morning we went down and I told a waitress I had paid extra for breakfast included, she then walked me over to a bar that had muffins and oatmeal (normal hotel breakfast minus meat and eggs). I told her let me go pull up my reservation to check and I'll come back because I didn't think that's what I paid extra for. I pulled it up and walked back and met a different waitress. She looked and said " ok I see let me get y'all seated and then you order your breakfast on this menu and we'll take your ticket to the front desk and they'll take care of it instead of you paying us here "...... Upon checkout all the meals were charged to my card along with the stay. I'm still unsure about the situation because I highly doubt I paid extra for breakfast that was only muffins and oatmeal.....

Great location for getting in and out of PCB. The staff was superb! The front desk, the bar attendant, and the driver were all friendly, happy to help, and were focused on serving our needs as best they could. Great job!

The small, portable ironing board in the room was very difficult to use and was not helpful in prepping our clothes.

the initial man who checked us in did not go over anything with us, did not tell us about the breakfast, amenities, hours of operation for certain things in the facility, or tell us about check out times. however, we were able to ask someone else about everything the following day and were informed.

The pool was lovely warm nice, I must say the young lady that worked behind the bar Sunday night she was very polite she gave good customer service and she welcoming. Because her politeness I would definitely return.

Absolutely Everything. the staff have excellent customer service. My fur babies have to come with me and they absolutely love it as well. I love the location, you don’t have to worry about all that beach traffic. wonderful wonderful wonderful property.

It was really clean. They shuttle from and to the airport. This is the closest hotel to the airport. Hotel was newly built.

They ran out of water bottles at their little store. They need to advertise more that they can shuttle you from the airport. I did not know they had a shuttle and ended up paying for a Lyft to the hotel.

Breakfast was good ! and convenient..good options . staff was very attentive but I thought it was a little high in price as its charged per person and not what you are eating ..I had a yogurt and coffee and paid same as a full meal.

Easy access to the airport; just a short 2-3 minute drive. Away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, but close enough to go back and forth. Comfortable, clean rooms; quiet and restful.
