Comfort Inn & Suites Orlando North

The overall stay was a pleasant experience. Front desk was helpful and the facility was very clean. The shuttle from the airport was comfortable. Our room was better than expected for the price.

Really off the beaten path if you needed to walk somewhere. But what I really didn't understand is why maintenance wheeled out several of the A/C units into the front sitting area just outside the main entrance and proceeded to clean them there? Why wouldn't they do this in an area away from a main congregating area?

The staff was great! Especially the front desk staff. They were so helpful and friendly. They got us checked in early which was a wonderful surprise. We had just gotten off our cruise and thought we had several hours to kill before we could get a room. But they made sure our room was ready. The shuttle to the airport was great too. It was a very big help! We will definitely stay here again.

I loved how prompt they were with picking me up at the airport and getting me checked in within 2 minutes of arrival on site. I was just sleeping there until mycruise left the next morning, but I was totally satisfied with everything. Will definitely book again

The faucet in the bath tub wouldn't shut all the way off. It dripped all night, but I don't pay the water bill, so no sweat off my back

Front desk staff are always willing to help and upgrade customers to make them comfortable. Continental breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location.

At particular days, parking can be very crowded because of construction/utility workers with all their trucks and equipment.

The staff is always friendly and very courteous with everyone. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The maids took the time to make sure my room was clean, fresh sheets, towels and offered any toiletries that I might need during my stay. It is located within walking distance from Outback, Starbucks, McDonalds, Crackle Barrel and WaWa.

The AC was a bit loud but I got used to it after awhile.

There was only a problem with the shuttle to the airport. We had scheduled 8:00 am and then in the morning it turned out that a staff member rescheduled it to 8:15, but we had to catch a certain plane. The morning desk person din't want to be bothered with this but the bus driver took it upon him and he was great in solving the problem. Everything else was just wonderful.

Beds were extremely comfortable.. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Coffee was very good. Check in attendant was very nice to deal with. Great location for accessibility to Amtrak Auto train

Our only problem was some people were sitting outside our room window beyond the "quiet" time of 10 pm talking and laughing. We decided not to report the incident, because they were not causing problems, but it did interrupt our sleep.

Convenient location, priced in accordance with others in the same area, clean, comfortable, quiet, great polite service. Loved the infused water in the lobby. EXCELLENT. I stay here a lot. Always a consistent great experience.

Breakfast has powdered scrambled eggs which don't taste good. Boiled eggs were offered as well, though.

The bed and linens were very nice. The room was very spacious. The staff gave us a free upgrade and moved us from the floor where several baseball tournament players were staying. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The height of the toilet was way to low for us….we felt like we were using one in a kindergarten bathroom.

it was perfect. just percfect for the stay with my friends. We had a really good time. It was not noisy, room was clean, and there was no bad smell at the room or hallway. I will sure visit again thanks for the great room!
