We stayed one night and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight. The location for that purpose was great. Kitchenette was nice although we didn't need it for one night. Thankful for lodging at reasonable rate close to airport with Daytona 500 going on. Restaurants and gas station within walking distance.

Only 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels for 4 of us although I am sure we could have asked for more.Beds were very high. Hard surface floors were noisy and person in room below us pounded on the ceiling several times when we didn't think we were that loud and it was before 8 pm when we went to bed.

I honestly didn’t have a bad experience but the people hanging around sitting outside the hotel and smoking and such were creepy and loud. Serveral akward encounters including a guy asking if I want some bed in the elevator. To and from the car the parking lot reeked of marijuana. I guess it was just really a dull stay. Underwhelmed for the premium prices they’re charging

We had an early flight so it was nice to be able to stay close to the airport. The desk clerk was very friendly.

We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the people talking and car doors in the parking lot as guest were arriving. Too much noise. The bathroom was not the cleanest. No face towels in the room.

Very nice, new property. Staff was so nice. The staff that cleans the rooms were behind when I got here, right at 3, my room was super clean but beds weren’t made. I called down just to let them know and 2 ladies came up and made them. So professional! They apologized for the issue and said they had been training others and had a very busy day. We can all relate to that. If I ever return to this area this is where I will PLAN to stay. Great location for dining too. Walking distance to some very nice steak houses and fast food too.

I didn’t like the large dog barking at about 10pm but that’s not the issue with the property. I love animals, we have dogs, but owners need to think!!!I was going to call the front desk but hinting was so tired I fell asleep so obviously it must have stopped.

The front desk however, was very kind and discounted our room $10.00. Your laundry facilities are nice and clean. I like that you have an app and QR and able to load money instead of hunting for coins, very easy to use. It was very quiet no one was rowdy. Situated right off the I-4, very convenient for travel no road noise though, that was nice.

That you have to ask for an iron and ironing board. I think it should be in the room. If you think someone is going to take it. Charge a refundable deposit for certain items iron, board, TV remote controller etc., but refund them inside of 24 hours which gives the room attendants time to account for inventory. It is no nonsense style of room with the bare necessities. Only 1 elevator, not convenient. A gentleman that was in obvious pain with a walker held up the elevator for at least 15 minutes. People were tired from work, traveling with luggage carts trying to use it and had to wait a lot longer to get to their rooms. People were patient but another elevator would be helpful

The location was great, rooms are clean & spacious, beds are really comfortable, although the outside is a bit dirty & could definitely use a cleaning overall everything was great, the woman at the front desk is a blessing I don’t know her name but give that woman a raise she went above & beyond to make sure my reservation was handled when I had to fly out of state & wouldn’t make it back in time.

The room was large. Has a kitchenette but nothing is provided. Very clean and has a lot of space for clothes and other items. This place is set up for extended stays but was a good value for just one night. Several good restaurants directly across the street within walking distance.

The only thing I didn't like was that they don't provide any toiletries like handsoap and there was only one washcloth and no hand towel for two adults.

The staff were helpful. They helped me with recreational ideas when I asked. The location is very close to the mall. They are pet friendly, yet the rooms smell fresh.

There was a mix up with the rooms, but the problem was resolved. The coffee cups were paper, instead of styrofoam. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Location is great..cable.is good..has cute little cooktop n full fridge set up...has laundry facility..staff is very nice n acomodating

Full kitchen Fridge, dish washer, 2 cooktop stove and microwave. Plenty of space underneath beds and closet storage every where. Clean very nice!

Nothing great staff! Wonderful rooms with a lot if storage. Only thing is didn't know where to take garbage goes out to garbage outside there linnen you take down yourself. They only do Linens and garbage bags once a week or so. Brought my own cleaners though. Not on a daily basis for room cleaning.
