Nice rooms,good sized, stocked well bathroom and Good breakfast.

I feel it was wrong of them to start running my card before i arrived... My reservation said pay at property so I never dreamed they would be trying to run my card at 5:00p.m. I received a call at 5:15 saying my card was declined. Well, hello yes it was and would be due to I keep it off until I use it. They had tried 3 times before I got back to them. They then insisted on charging my card while I was on phone Also small pool out back in dumping area

The breakfast was ok. I thought it was a bigger selection of items. There was nobody in room to take care of anybody needs. it was you're on your own.

The food could have been hotter also the grounds needed to be cleaned up. There was an air conditioner unit sitting outside of the garbage area sitting there so anybody saw it. There were palm trees scattered around and not cleaned up also you need better outside lighting not very bright outside the front area,.l

when i stayed here on October 25th the nightly room rate was $69.00. when i stayed again on December 25th, the rate had gone up to $169.00! this was for the same room, a really exorbitant rip-off. i get it that it was Christmas, but i wasn't there for that, so i shouldn't have had to pay. and for $100 more for the same room, you could have offered a party in the lobby, a gift basket in the rooms, a really nice breakfast with bacon & eggs -- something to justify the increase.

why is the TV neither in front of the bed nor the couch? a very uncomfortable placement that made no sense. what was the point of that? it's across from a wall. your neck is going to hurt by the end of the movie!

Staff was very nice and attentive. Location of hotel is great. Not too deep in the city and not that far out of city limits where you can't find anything.

I wish the rooms would look a bit more kept up. My parents room had pieces of paint or sheet rock hanging from the top of the roof. Our room looked good. But there was a smell i cant really pinpoint that would get triggered once you turned the A/C on. Other than those 2 things everything else was great!

Just a little details on the door of my room and the shower curtain doesn't keep the water in and the floor get wet. Other than that everything good.

Breakfast options were low, but nice enough. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Could have been a bit more updated. And the whole place had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke due to them having smoking rooms allowed.

Got off a flight at 4:30am. Attendant was very considerate and accommodating. My card was even declined as a fraud alert and he tried again and it worked. We were so tired, the room was nice and clean. Pitch black once we drew the curtains. Got some much needed sleep with no disturbance.

It was clean/nice and very convenient for me to get around in my wheelchair and walker. The staff was great and provided a room that I was able to get into and out of conveniently and I could get to the breakfast easily

Sheets and towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. What threw everything off was the COVID mask that was left on our couch from the previous guest. Shower curtain did not close all the way around the extended curtain rod so water got on the floor. Hallways were warm, but the room a/c worked well.
