Hotel was very well at night. Had amazing front desk receptionist she was incredibly kind and sweet and caring. as a woman, I felt very safe staying here alone, and checking in after 10 PM. The room itself was clearly old, but had an amazingly new, comfortable bed toiletries, iron, hair dryer, fresh towels, coffee maker, with coffee and tea. The room also had a desk for working the room also had several lamps and outlets. The room had the standard latch lock, as well as a deadbolt which I felt very comforting. Absolutely would stay here again amazing value.

only issues I found was at the bathroom itself was very dated and had rust stains, and other wear and tear from being so dated. other than that everything was fully functional and exceeded my expectations

The Steph what's good and the people in the front desk was very respectful and very nice and help me and everything that I needed to get done and was talking like I'm a normal person and not like just a person that was renting a room they showed me back they helped me out with the pricing and got me what I needed and I'm so thankful that I got to stay out there and it's really nice place

The room key we couldn't get our room key to work it wasn't their fault it was just I guess old locks but it took maybe 30 minutes to get our room right maybe almost 1 hour but I don't hold that against them it's it was very kind and got everything under control

It was safe for us during Hurricane Ian. It was very nice and all the staff was super kind, I felt very much at home and comfy ! Continental breakfast was delicious ! They also let me extend my stay with no problems. The electricity also stayed on the entire time through the hurricane.

The fridge was missing a leg and was a little bit wobbly and the microwave turn table didn't work. One of the rooms I booked didn't have a microwave.

The staff were friendly and very caring. They really put forth the effort to meet the expectations and make your stay enjoyable. I asked for downstairs room and it was provided. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The attendant at breakfast was present and kept everything stocked. She was glad to help and answer any question you had.

Only one thing. The shower curtain could be a little higher.

Even though I had to wait to get my room late in the evening when the staff returned she was phenomenal. She was multitasking and even got us into a larger room because we had to wait. Very accommodating don't let the looks deceive you.

It wasn't as new as it could have been and it wasn't as clean as it could have been but all in all it was quiet the AC was super cold and the beds were very comfy.

The location fit my needs perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff. It wasn’t the four seasons or double tree, and I knew that when I booked it. Really nice showers and they weren’t strangely with the toilets. Over all I had great stay.

Everything meet my expectations

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable...plenty of hot water and cold air. Cable TV had an excellent selection of channels.

Free breakfast was served late...bagels were served frozen...made it work though. Almost got locked out by the security hook on my room door...no maintenance available. Was able to rectify the issue on my own.

located right by I-4 which is what I needed to use to go to the college baseball games I was up north for.

mattresses are old and very soft almost collapsing, all rooms need updating I have stayed here 3 times now and it is always the same.

Some of the employees are very helpful

I was for a month and mi room was clean only in Mondays I have to ask for towels shampoo soap I was very disappointed

The location. On-site laundry room was very reasonably priced. Nice place to stay. Felt very safe there.

Ice machine wasn't working and never got fixed. Housekeeping staff did not speak English so very hard to communicate with. Blow dryer didn't work.
