The Hotel was fine the staff was great, very professional service.i was probably stay here again but maybe on another floor.. overall good location

My stay there was horrible at night I mentioned it to the clerk upon check-out kids ran up abn down the hallway all night yelling . Playing and running outside of the room which very difficult to sleep. I smelled a familiar scent coming from down the hal someone was smoking.

Good hotel. We were just passing through for the night.

I think if it has been very hot, the AC wouldn’t have been enough.

I like how the front desk acknowledged my daughter birthday with a goodie bag. Thank you ladies!

The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and a high psi. Ice machine was conveniently located by the elevator instead of one end of the hallway. Breakfast was good. no one in the travel party liked the eggs, and the coffee machines should have been on longer than 9:30-10:00 a.m.

The coffee pots should have been left on until 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. instead of a.m. The front desk staff should ALWAYS ask if the guest checking in will use the same or different card for payment. I was in a jam because I couldn't use another card of choice.

I enjoyed the breakfast because the options were different each day; there were staple items like cereal, bagels, etc but waffle flavors included strawberry and red velvet plus they served bacon!!! YAY! The two gentlemen manning the breakfast were polite and helpful; as so was the gentleman at the front desk.

I didn’t like that my room door was wonky; it was not even and caused it to look unlocked and allow excess light into the room. There was only one elevator in service; thankfully the hotel wasn’t really busy because this could’ve really been a MAJOR issue.

Loved the breakfast. Lots of selection and options. Nice hot options as well. Rooms were clean. Pool/hot tub was very nice

Did not get a room cleaning ever day. Hotel was freezing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We were greeted with warm smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of available options. This property was easy to access and was in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance, too.

The downside was the adjoining room. We were in 315 and we could hear every word spoken and noises through the door that was closed off. Thankfully, quiet time @ 10:00 was observed. I am sensitive to fragrances and didn't notice any smells until I went to bed. The faint smell of perfume in the bedding kept me awake the first night. I inquired and found out that they use dryer sheets with a fragrance. I will contact Wyndham to recommend using an unscented product for those of us that have a sensitivities.

Room was clean and fresh. Room was comfortable and seemingly well mainted.

At one point, I entered the bathroom and smelled smoke. It appears as "maybe" a nearby neighbor may have smoked a cigarette in their room and the residual smoke came over into our ventilation.

Breakfast was in a nice room. There was a large selection of breads, fresh waffles, eggs,etc. The staff even heated milk for us. The room had soft comfortable beds. The towels were very soft. The AC kept the room cool and was not noisy.

The breakfast room was small to accomodate everyone and the quality of the brewed coffee was one of the worst I have experienced. For some reason, the hotel hallways had to be in the low 60s. A minor inconvenience, but a curious one.

cleanliness, good location, good price

a staff knock on the door at 3:00a, saying that somebody said the tv was too loud, it wasn’t loud, I think the tv, and their bed was on the same wall, but anyway she said she would put us out, she should had come in to see if it was loud instead of taking their word, the volume was on 11, those walls are thin, we heard everything too, we didn’t complain
