The surrounding area is really nice. The location right next to the marina makes it a very nice place to wake up. Also the area is very afluent and features a lot of nice cars and mansions. Neither the beach, nor 5th Avenue with a lot of upscale restaurants are far away. The room itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Overall very recommendable. Would totally stay there again.

I really don't like the concept of the mandatory resort-fee. If it's not optional, it should be included in the room rate. If I book a room for like $300 a night, the first thing I wanna hear from the hotel is not "actually, it's $30 more ...". That should be abolished.

Cleanliness of room, friendly staff at front desk and housekeeping. Newly remodeled room. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and beach. Good casual restaurant behind hotel.

Broken elevator had to walk up to third floor to get to room.

Great location to the heart of Naples.

Did not have the view that’s listed. Bed was very uncomfortable. I found out each unit is owned independently so it’s not the responsibility of the complex but the owner. Still the bed was terrible!

I just loved it here. The rooms are each individually designed by the owner. My accommodations were perfect. I prefer the 2nd floor and that is where they put me. Beds were comfy, and housekeeping was so good. Most rooms have a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Towels changed out daily. Rooms made up if you want. Beach towels at the front desk to use. My balcony looked at the City Dock, and I loved the activity of all the boats and people. The chickee bar and staff there were great. Best Magarita I have had in a long time. Members only, so staying there, gets you in. So nice. Coffee shop is the best in town. Be sure to order the pancake well done. It is cash only!! Otherwise, many restaurants and shopping are all close by. I highly recommend the Cove Inn for a relaxing Naples stay. A little bit of Old Naples here, which I loved.

Toilet shower area small in the 2 units I saw. Others may be different. It is a bit difficult to use when you have mobility issues. Make sure you look at room 1st if you need it to be more accesible. Also, make sure tge TV works before you get all unpacked. This way, you won't have to pack up again and move. Nothing they could do.. It was a broken cable box.Otherwise, all was excellent. The stay was great in terms of location and staff and dining. Overall it really was a pleasant experience but maybe because we didn't spend much time in the room per say. We definitely plan on coming back but will be more cognizant of pricing given the room conditions.

The concerns were - Noisy because we were right next to the elevator. - The lock on that specific door (318, not sure about the rest) wasn't anything but just closing the door which made it extremely easy for our toddler to run out. - We noticed a couple drops of blood on our bed sheets only after we had spent the night because it was on the underside of our covers. (this was pretty gross) - Floors and bed when we first got there were super sandy (cleaning crew came but our bed still had some) - Full dirty old trash bin when we first checked in. (not cleaned when housekeeping came by for the sand even though we mentioned it)

What a fabulous property. Amazing location and our room had an incredible overlooking the harbour which made our stay! The location was superb. 2 really great restaurants next door, we tried them both and great meals in each. We were initially shown to a room off to one side which did not have a good view, however the receptionist happily changed our room over for a much better one and the same category with an exceptional view, it made all the difference. Easy to walk into town and to the beach.

Hard to find anything we didn’t like…however the property is a bit tired and the pillows were not great.

Communication before our stay was answered. Our room location was SUBURB....we had great views and balcony, and high enough , on corner of building, little noise. We had a walk in shower ( we are not handicapped, but appreciate the help with balance) The staff was very friendly and helpful.Also, we could walk to everything.....restaurants, boating activities, shopping, beach and Naples Pier from this location. Would definitely choose this over a beachfront stay. Price was higher than our usual budget, but based on dates, well worth it.

There was only one small quirk which did not affect us, but might annoy others. The bathroom sink and kitchen counters were VERY HIGH. I am 5'6 and the counter top was at my heart....it may bother a shorter person. I am not sure if this was just our unit, or all the units in the complex. But this would not affect our staying there again.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find my room balcony overlooking the harbor. What a great way to enjoy my morning coffee. The actual room we had was larger than most hotel rooms and was very well-appointed. The food prep area with a mini fridge, microwave, plates, and silverware was a bonus. I will be staying at the Cove Inn again

I object to paying a $30.00 per night resort fee. It seems while it is allowable in some areas of Florida, I think it is a "junk fee" and not necessary. I also objected to paying both a state and local tax pon the resort fee.

Cute room, comfortable bed and good location!

The elevator was out. When given directions to the room, they were wrong. We had to go to another building to take an elevator to the 2nd and then walk up stairs to the 3rd floor. We had to go down the hall to another side of the building. Since we could not find the room, a staff member tried to help us. After several tries we finally got to the room. Very tired and a lot of running around after a long traveling day.

Wonderful choice for our 20th Wedding Anniversary - 4days/3 nights! We walked to downtown Naples daily - 5 blocks - the beach was just blocks blocks beyond that - walked to that too! Amazing restaurants downtown and three at the Cove Inn. Marina gave us views of beautiful yachts. Staff always friendly. We will be coming back! Our 2nd day we had booked a kyack tour through the mangroves- just 25 min. away - so relaxing. The Naples Britanical Gardens 12 min. away just south, and Naples Zoo just 12- min. north! Morning & night sat on our 2nd floor porch gazing at the yachts and water. Highly recommended!
