DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Naples

The location of the hotel was great and I liked that the hotel had only 3 floors. Our room was quiet, clean and ready well before check in time. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice and and both times the food was awesome, especially the omelette! We used the swimming pool on the first day and it was refreshing on a hot day! We visited the Naples Botanical Garden and spent about 2-1/2 hours there walking around the trails.

We would have liked to have fresh bath towels each day. I'm not sure what the housekeeping schedule was but since we were only staying for 3 nights (Thurs-Sun) I had to ask for new bath towels on Saturday morning.

Our stay was pleasant from the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Ms. Janavae. She was very informative about our amenities and any other questions we had about the city and hotel. She checked on us daily to ensure all was well with us. The hotel and the rooms were very clean.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the pool needing to be cleaned. Someone should have been responsible for cleaning the leaves floating from nearby trees or little dead bugs. Also, the jacuzzi was under maintenance during our entire stay.

Friendly staff throughout property including front staff and cleaning staff. I selected this hotel because it offered a balcony and wood floors in room as opposed to carpeted like most other hotels in vicinity. Wood is much cleaner. I am happy to report that the property is very well kept. We stayed for 2 weeks. Pool is clean and comfortable and always fresh towels available. Again, the staff here is well trained and very friendly!

The only thing I would suggest to management is a laundry room where we could wash our clothes. Found one at 41 & 99th that served our purposes every 2 days. Everything else was wonderful.

We were looking for a hotel close to Naples but not too far away from Fort Myers Beach and Estero. With the DoubleTree Suites in North Naples, we found the perfect hotel. The staff was really nice, the room was clean & spacious and the facilities were perfectly maintained (especially the pool was really nice). Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Staff was exceptional. Also, access to exceptional dining and shopping.

Some guests with many children were allowed to overtake the restaurant patio occasionally. Children were running all over the covered patio that we would have liked to enjoyed on a poor pool day. The guests had no respect for others and the problem was that some staff agreed but it was allowed.

Clean, large room comfy bed near restaurants shops. etc but need a car Coffee maker in room- but need more supplies 10 miles to Naples beach Fridge was v good- small ice book which did keep ice cream frozen value for money would stay again

check in lady superb Every day after was a surly young woman on reception- needs to learn customer service skills

The refurb was excellent however the price had increased considerably from 2 years ago

This hotel always had an outstanding customer service and satisfaction record due to the long serving employees. This seems to have changed with the introduction of new people and doesn’t reach the previous levels Hopefully this will improve with time

I enjoyed our time here; the staff was friendly, both in person and over the phone, and very accommodating. The hotel is clean, although I noticed a small stain on our comforter/duvet, which I imagine is to be expected. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, lots of space, never felt crowded, and overall just a nice hotel to get away to for the weekend. I wish we'd taken advantage of the bike rentals offered by the hotel, although I would not have ridden them on the major road by the hotel.

The location is not ideal as it does back up to a fairly busy road (US 41), although you couldn't hear the traffic while inside the room. Beaches are close by, yet you do have to drive.

Breakfast should be included in the price!!!!because it is not we went out to the grocery to purchase our own break breakfast foods and the restaurant here does very little business!!! We booked with the understanding that breakfast was included! Poor choice since location is on 41 and extremely busy!!!

No microwave in room!! Very inconvenient!!! Location poor in reference to other local stores. Parking lot isolated from any attached walking amenities! Bicycles available for use but no safe place to use.

Staff were very helpful and friendly when there. Then we left something had to drive back and again very nice to assist!

Under construction halls and elevator so hard to really rate cleanliness and facilities. Didn't see that when booking either. So get there and like Oh no carpet in some places and elevator all padded up they had stuff on ground to make safe but had to walk by all time during stay. Really can't be help but think could effect ratings.
