The Fairways Inn of Naples

The breakfast was in a garden room surrounded by lush gardens, There are three barbecue stations available for your use. We did not use them but they are well arranged.

The property allows smoking throughout the grounds which is problematic. When walking to the garden room you walk by people smoking. The smell of smoke seeps into the room through the bathroom fan vent. Smoking on the property should be banned.

Comfortable room and very clean. It was actually a very lovely property with gardens .set in a gracious Naples neighborhood. It was older and not a typical big hotel. The kind of place you would want to stay for several days. Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, the pool was not heated at the time we stayed. But no complaints. It was so nice

The room was extremely clean. Breakfast had a lot of options including boiled eggs, yogurt, snack bars and fruit. How great to have a grill to use during one's stay. The wifi worked reliably. The heated pool was the warmest that I have ever been in which was appreciated during the cold spell that hit. The setting of the property is very nice. Laundry machines on site were very convenient.

The air conditioning unit was loud and smelled. There were many dogs in the rooms near to where I stayed and a couple of them barked for hours on end. One dog barked for a couple of hours starting at 6am! I should have paid more attention to the fact that this hotel accepts dogs. Had it not been at the end of my stay when the noisy dogs kept barking I would have at least tried to move rooms.

Great Location, and friendly staff, it is my go-to place when visiting Naples Florida. it is truly a home away from home.

Let me begin for my check in. José was at The front desk, this gentleman was very polite and friendly. He made us feel like in home. He explained to us everything about the hotel, where everything was located. He really made us feel very special. The room was very clean, the guest at the hotel were families. This place is gold and I will recommend it to all my family members and friends. We go very often to Naples and definitely we are going to stay at the hotel again, we had a great experience. Thank you very much.

Maybe because Florida is such a tourist destination, but I don't think you can stay in 2 star hotels down here in Florida! They're just too shabby and gross. I was very impressed with the Fairway Inn in Naples. It had nice king size bed and marble tile floors. It had a ¾ size refrigerator. Particularly impressive was the breakfast Pavilion surrounded by trees with a wood walkway and an courtyard garden. So if I hadn't gone to breakfast, I never would have seen all of that. It was a little disconcerting that the edges of the hotel property are public streets. I've never seen that before. But it actually worked out to be quite good for us. I will look for another Fairway Inn on our next road trip.

The garden-area is really cute and very well taken care of. The breakfast pavillon is marvellous. Despite the proximity of a major road it is not noisy at all. The personnel works as a team and is very customer-oriented. You can feel a good spirit and good leadership by the management. The pool is heated, lovely and clean. You feel like in a much more expensive hotel. We regret that we could not spend more than a total of 5 days. Probably the best experiences so far and a very positive surprise!

Milk for the oatmeal in the morning would be perfect.

Nice breakfast given COVID and nice clean pool area! Due to airline time changes - management allowed an extra hour checkout time.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The room itself was exactly what I was looking for. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and nice. We spent the first day there mostly in the pool which was also very clean and offered a comfortable area to relax and clean towels to dry ourselves with. I will for sure stay here the next time I visit Naples, it really surpassed my expectations!

Very friendly staff at checkin and checkout. Lovely breakfast area and nice pool area. I liked the rocking chairs to sit in and read. The room was spacious enough for 3 persons (King bed plus rollaway), and the location out towards the back was away from the road so there was no traffic noise.

Windows and doors are not particularly soundproofed, so that any noise outside the door was easily heard inside the room. Not a big problem as the neighbors were fairly quiet.
