Outstanding! the Property is pretty, the ambiance is perfect. accommodating. elegant and inviting. The breakfast is better than you would ever expect. Nicola is playing Live music every morning, Luciano is making amazing omelette or any type of eggs upon request. everything is Fresh and in abundance. Ana is making sure everything is spot on while you enjoy your food in the beautiful setting. The room attendance are all great. the room was impeccable. we are very hard to please when it comes to cleaning and this Inn is a Must. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean staff on the weekend super attentive except for the bartender on Saturday night. We got at the hotel almost 110p pm the bar was full we ask for two glasses of champagne he say they don't have really in a 4 diamonds hotel. The second night bartender was not there we wait it for almost 1/2 hour she never show up the front desk lady was so nice that she served us. I was suposse to stay 4 nights but my daughter got into labor and I had to leave early but anyway they charge for a third night even I was not there. I understand is a policy but was something unexpected. I really love this hotel the staff is wonderful superclass place and the amenities are great.

Breakfast was great, loved the make your own waffles and pancakes, great donuts, fresh fruit. Omelette station. Only missing roasted potatoes! Thoroughly enjoyed the guitar player every morning for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Free morning paper and coffee/tea throughout the day. Nice pool area. Shuttle to the beach and free parking. Hotel located near Publix and CVS. Nice lobby area. Bar area near lobby.

In the high season, the pool might be too small. In June, the pool and the outside area was perfect. Another option might be too add one different breakfast item daily.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The decor is tasteful. It was small enough to feel warm and inviting but big enough to allow for your own space and privacy. Everything was very clean.

We feel the beach shuttle could have been more frequent (on the half hour rather than the hour) especially on the weekends. A shuttle for the sunsets even once or twice a week would be appreciated. And having access to the bikes past six would also be nice.

I loved that the hotel room was very clean. Staff catered to my needs, they were professional and attentive. More hotels should offer top class service like this hotel. I will definitely recommend people to visit and I will be back. At breafast, the waiter asked was there anything that I would have like to have that wasn't provided for breakfast, and I responded...gluten free products. He told us to ask for Alice the next morning and she would provide some gluten free items. Sure thing, went to breakfast the next morning and Alice was waiting for me, she brought gluten free bread and bagels. Awesome!

Everything,unforgettable vacation impressions, I wanted to spend more time in the hotel, I received aesthetic satisfaction, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, clean, bed linen and towels were changed every day, towels were provided to the beach, a shuttle was delivered to the beach and umbrellas and sunbeds were removed, there are bicycles for use, location very convenient, near supermarket, restaurants.

the chef prepared eggs for everyone and it took time, there is no more choice from the hot position, monotonous

This hotel is a pure treasure in Naples! I stayed there with my 2 teenagers for 2 nights and it was the best hotel experience we had during our Florida tour! The room was fabulous, the pool was relaxing, the breakfast was wonderful (with a big variety to choose from), the shuttle to the beach (and the beach equipment) was extremely helpful, the afternoon tea was served with some sweet cakes - all in all just perfect hosting. We felt like home there!

None, everything was just perfect!

The hotel is nicely situated by the edge of a lake with views over the wetlands.Superbly furnished in a New England seaside style. It’s ultra clean and the polished surfaces literally shine. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The buffet style breakfasts were adequate. There is a small bar with a friendly barman, happy to chat if you want. This is a very well run small hotel to which we would be happy to return.

There was no daily room service unless requested before 11.00am. Once requested a full room service was promptly and thoroughly carried out at no extra cost. The bathroom shower was superb, with the option of a raindrop or power shower. It was however located in the toilet cubicle which was a bit disconcerting. The pool loungers were basic and not very comfortable. Overall though, there wasn’t much to complain about.

We were able to check in when we arrived early. Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the lake, pool and fire pit. The beaches were closed but we knew this before we arrived. Bar open from 4 p.m and fire pit operational most evenings. A good breakfast was served every morning. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

A small niggle, the bar wasn't open every day. The need to book room cleaning every day or the room would not be cleaned. I think for a higher end hotel cleaning should not require a request from the guest.

Hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and family friendly. We loved every minute there. Breakfast was very delicious and their doughnuts that they were advertising as soon as we arrived were actually amazing! Although pool was smaller than expected we enjoyed it and the lake with a fountain nearby created a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Apart from the fact that water disappeared on our last day and we all couldn't shower in time this is the only downside I can see.
