The location was great. I was within 10 miles of everything I needed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very satisfying.

The first room I was in had an issue. It made me and my 2 daughters very uncomfortable and upset. However, when I went downstairs and expressed my concerns to the staff they moved quickly without any questions moving us to a more comfortable and acceptable room. The staff was really awesome.

All of the staff I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Offering a shuttle ride to anywhere in the area for free was also a wonderful surprise. The hot water in the showers was always immediate and available

The price of the food at the bar was a little high but to be expected for a hotel, I wish there would have been an area outside for laying out in a bathing suit

The hotel and staff were very swett about me traveling with my pet-also, it is nice when a hotel delivers on having food and drinks available when they say they will

They were clearly struggling with several maintenance issues-our toilet ran all night and the shades were coming apart, but they were trying to fix other rooms as well-I am sure they were short staffed like everyone these days

Breakfast was excellent the room was very clean and tidy.

The front desk guy pretty much judged us when we walked in the door I really didn't like his approach to me. Then he stated I didn't have a reservation so I had to show him my confirmation information. And then he still had an excuse saying they had it backwards but it wasn't backwards.

Room felt and looked clean, no musty odor, hand rails in tub were a BIG plus, beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights stay, staff was very nice, lobby and outside were clean/neat, plenty of lighting at night, appeared to be a safe area.

The lotion in the bathroom was rank. Couldn't use. I had to wash it off my hands. I didn't try the shampoo, probably was ok.

We had a few issues at check in, our room was the last one left and the AC was out, which was a huge bummer. However, the staff was very kind and accommodating, they got us a box fan and a swamp cooler for our room. They refunded us half the room rate as well and gave us 18k points for a free night in the future. Overall, it was a good stay. We were only here for one night, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The staff was very kind and I understand that they did everything they could to make it a good night for us!

Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. My departure plane was delayed the day of check out and the staff allowed me to stay in the room beyond the checkout hour. Awesome hospitality.

Having to leave. I could have stayed for another day. I missed having a chance to check out the meals.

Staff was friendly and went out of thier way to remember my name and what times I usually depart and return from my daily trips.

Could use a microwave in rooms.
