Location proximity to the VA Medical Center was ideal! I would love to see the VAMC enter into a contractual arrangement with this hotel to provide accommodation to disabled veterans who come into Pensacola for medical treatment. The accessible shower/bathroom was perfect to meet our needs. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! It was delicious cooked hot food, with a variety of other options as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered sugar free pancake syrup!

The first floor room we stayed in was very near a side entrance/exit door, which slammed very loudly multiple times throughout our stay.

I loved that everyone that worked here was so nice and helpful! The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast everyday was hot and delicious! When I had to cancel my previous reservation because the hotel had roaches and I didn't have anywhere to go I booked my stay here! It was after midnight on Sunday night so of course it said my check in time was 3p.m. but Kendra I believe was her name fixed it to where my family and I could go on and get in the room since we had traveled all day! She said I'll adjust this so you don't pay for Sunday because that day is already gone! I appreciated that so much! I then talked to Lance about a charge on my card in which he fixed immediately! It was such a delight to stay here and be so comfortable with my stay because everyone was so friendly and caring!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer because I had to go back home!!! There was nothing I didn't like about this place!!!

We had to check in approx. @ 0230 due to flight delayed, they held our reservation without any problems. So grateful. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were amazing. Loved the large bathroom and room. Really liked the closet set-up, plenty of space. Breakfast was great with a variety. Toiletries available. Great location to visit NAS and our Sailor. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking and it's free. Festive lobby for Mardi Gras, so fun.

Great customer service at front desk. As I left everyday, someone always said hi and have a great day. Breakfast was great. I appreciated all the choices . For a continental breakfast, loved the omelets. Thank you for including low-fast yogurt and rice krispyies cereal.

Just as an FYI, the sofa in my room has a gash in the upholstery and the arm rest is broke. I didn't use it.

Breakfast was good, only with the hot menu changed a little more. we were there for three mornings and two of the three days had the exact same options.

I liked the whole hotel staff was friendly and very clean.

I didn't like the fact that there was WASP NEST all over the building. So when I asked the front desk the person said he knows but NOTHING will happen which made me mad because my Aunt is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to them so if this is you call and make sure they are gone first.

Having a connecting door in our room, could hear the other guests talking over the phone/loud tv really early in the morning

It may be because Pensacola has dispensaries but many times while walking in and out the smell of weed was very strong

I liked the fact that our room was on the end. It was very quiet. We did not hear any noise in the hallways. The room was pretty clean other than dust on the light fixtures by the bed. I cleaned them myself with a wipe I brought. The AC was cold, which we liked a lot!! Liked the fact that there were lots of towels. The bed was comfy and clean despite the lump in the middle. It was acceptable though. I liked the hooks available to hang clothes in addition to the closet. Lots of counter space to put luggage keeping it off of the floor. The chaise lounger was nice and in great condition.

The bathroom had an odor. I wasn't sure if it was mopped with a dirty mop or the water smelled bad. I did not like that the only other mirror other than in the bathroom was by the door and there was no way to use it to put on makeup or plug in hair appliances. I had to wait to get into the bathroom after my boyfriend finished showering and the bathroom cooled down. The hallway on the 2nd floor also had an odor at times. Having only one elevator was odd, however we were on the end and used the stairs which seemed to be freshly painted. The tile right by the door had a huge crack (half the tile missing). Not an issue other than it looks bad.

Breakfast was good, but my wife prefers scrambles eggs. Location was great too. Right next to the Navy air station. Comfortable bed, lots of choices for dinner too.

A few times we had to work late and could not use to pool after 10:00pm .
