Great location..Lots of eating places around within a few miles. Closer to the beach than most hotels. They leave nice messages on the tv in the room for you, which is very nice! The beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower was very nice also! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!😊

No free breakfast! You have to buy from the bistro..but the cracked egg is next door! If you stay more than one night they don’t clean your room. Toilet seat was loose and trash can was not lined with trash bag. But not a deal breaker!

The staff were extremely friendly! This was my first time visiting Florida, and staying here was definitely worth it. Everything was in close proximity of the hotel and a lot of places were in walking distance. It's only about 15 mins away from the beach, and the location felt very safe. Whenever we visit Florida we will always book at this hotel.

The bathroom floors could have been swept a little bit more, but other than that everything was amazing. I'd rate this hotel at 9.5/10!

I loved everything and will definitely stay there again and refer to this as the best place to, stay when visiting Pensacola to everyone I know. Like when looking for somwhere to stay during the Jazz Festival

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about my stay. It would be nice to have a more extensive breakfasts choice as well as a lunch and dinner menu. This is just a suggestion. Everything was good

Close Uber ride to downtown bars and restaurants. Starbucks in walking distance. The staff was so friendly.

The housekeeper was exceptional. She always took care of all my needs; I really appreciated her service. Brought extra pillowcases and towels; did not have to wait long to ask again. I think she deserves a bonus.

I didn't like the fact that there was no room service and Star Bucks did not have my Black Tea. I think there should have at least been free donuts or bagels and coffee. Maybe you can take this into consideration.

The location was great. We liked being on the downtown side of the bridge.

If cleaning the rooms does not happen till the 7th day, there needs to be a system to order linens in the mornings and have them dropped off at the door in the afternoon. Trash bags should be provided so trash can be removed from the room and placed outside the door without having to go to customer service. There should be a toilet bowl brush in each room. We were there 7 days and that was too long to not be vacuumed and cleaned. There should be free coffee in the lobby in the A.M.

My only suggestion is to have the night staff point at the written room number on the card. As a female I would prefer not having the lobby know my room number.

Only complaint…….charged $5.95 for data service at hotel. That should be a part of my bill and not an extra charge. Love staying at Marriott hotels and will continue to. Very very nice hotel!!! Breakfast at Broken Egg next door. Would stay again.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was great.

Breakfast was horrible! Banananut bread with Banana slices and powdered sugar was passed off as French toast. In a word gross. Add a dry biscuit and egg sandwich, and a small OJ. $20.00. Unappetizing and grossly overpriced. The next two mornings we found reasonably priced, pleasing meals elsewhere.

There was no breakfast so we had to leave for food. That is ok, this is because of the pandemic and expected. The grab and go breakfast was not out style so we passed.

Blankets/sheets for the pulk out bed and crib were not available. The housekeeping staff had to find some for us. For that we are grateful.
