Bathroom need an update

We stay here often and always have a great experience. Rooms are very nice for the price and if you are lucky enough you could land one of their triple rooms. 1 king and 2 full size. This alone makes traveling as a family super easy. They have a really nice pool area as well. Always have pleasant experience while dealing with staff. Close proximity to multiple store and restaurants.

Not that this is an actual negative but complimentary breakfast has changed from hot breakfast to "brown bag" breakfast since covid not a deal breaker by anyeans. Really have nothing negative to say about this place.

I always love staying at Days inn by downtown Pensacola it's like home for me it's my place away it's my getaway I live in Pensacola but it's just so comfortable to me there and I just love everybody that works there they're so kind and compassionate I don't go anywhere other than days and in Pennsylvania because it's close to my home fresh air and look all around the city so it's great I love it thanks Days inn just noticed that there was one more space so the smiley faces should be this place is rated number five for me so I didn't see the other face on the end so I rate this place a five

The only thing I didn't like was that I went through on a Wyndham site and Windham promised me a free night so I use booking.com as well and so they kept shooting me out the whole time so I chose booking.com because they're always so good as well just like Days inn but window is doing false advertisement evidently because I tried to book a room so therefore I didn't book a room through and I just don't appreciate promising something that they didn't follow through with

Having the extras in the room like the blow dryer and such was nice. We were not expecting that. The room smelled musty and our sheets were a bit damp when we first arrived. That was not pleasant especially since my niece has severe allergies and asthma. Fortunately, she did not have any issues.

As mentioned above, the sheets were still damp when applied to our beds and they didn't dry until our 2nd day there. Housekeeping also did not ever stop by our rooms to refresh our towels or anything. It would have been nice to have had something like that done while we were out during the day.

Clean rooms . Updated artwork and floors! Good for those beaches! Free breakfast was easy and convenient for a quick snack!

No dedicated laundry room , just dryer lint and people doing laundry in a breezeway second floor ? Some employees I didn’t get a name complained about work , cussing and loudly saying her hate for this place in front of customers? Not good but hey we all have our days !

Breakfast was great, loved the variety. The lady working breakfast most of our stay was the sweetest. Front desk workers, sweet and amazing! Maintenence was quick to arrive to fix our air unit after the power went out, another maintence attended for our hotel safe issue very quickly. Always greeted by every worker, and nearly everyone replied with maam and sir. Overall it was a great experience for our family from Illinois!

The stay it self was okay. The cleaning could have been better but after all the price and the location was ok. The pool area was nice and clean. The front assistants had no issue locating my reservation at check in and also when I booked an extra night the price was a little better so I was like, "They busting heads" but it was a fairly nice stay. I would book again.

What I dislike about my stay here was the housekeeping really does not do well. When we first arrived the refrigerator had hair in it, yet along the bathroom still had a used roll of tissue on the holder. The floors had sand everywhere like they did not sweep. Move the tv stand out a little and the trash can below the sink. No, they did not sweep because if they did all this wouldn't be there.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. Our room was easy to get to. The shower pressure was great, we liked having a microwave and fridge. The rooms itself was cute and had everything we needed. We LOVED the location as well. We took a walk down Palafox on Saturday for the Farmer's Market and it was very enjoyable.

The beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and I'm not picky with hotel beds at all. The breakfast was basically nonexistent but I guess we can thank Covid for that. Luckily you're right next to Starbucks and Palafox is FULL of restaurants.

Overall it’s a good place really with friendly staff. It is a few minutes from the beaches but with traffic even with new bridge it takes 30-40 minutes to get there with a toll fee every trip to the island. However, noise levels are high and you can hear what’s happening around you. Don’t get a room near the pool if you want to rest because traffic and people are louder. Also if not on top floor there may be loud steps above you with people making noises late into the night and there is no unhearing what you have heard.

Overall it’s a nice older building quick stop near the beach but to no fault of the property, traffic is heavy and it’s a good long drive

First thing when I walked into our room was the clean smell! I was so relieved to tell our room was very clean and fresh. We chose to not have housekeeping to come in daily and still every day we came back to our room it smelled good…. That makes a huge difference to me! The beds were comfortable and the staff very attentive.

The only negative was the lights in our room were motion sensored so every time my husband and I got up during the night the bright lights popped on waking the kids. We covered them with towels and that helped some.
