The property was very well maintained and it was quiet and peaceful when you needed to get some rest. However, the location itself was great as it was approximately 1 block from the strip that made it convenient to all the nightlife such as great restaurants nice stores to shop in and most importantly the beach.

Nothing I liked everything about the property. Especially the staff and most importantly Liza who is the property manager. If you had a question about anything such as how something worked in your room to where something was located within the community she was a plethora of information when asked she was also very patient and kind when she gave you the information

I loved the location! We were a VERY short distance to the beach and the beach was never crowded. The water taxi stop was literally steps away, which made it very convenient to get to all of the popular destinations that we wanted to see, but not stay close to. The host, Liza, was always responsive and eager to meet our needs. When we return to the area, this will be the first place we look to book!

My husband and I were in the efficiency, and the bathroom is a little small, but we made it work by making sure we did not have to get ready at the same time,

Staff there were very helpful,they kindly let us store our luggage when returning from our cruise as we were stuck otherwise till 1pm. The room was comfortable n clean. And everything that you may need.

Door to studio didn't feel very secure,and the shower was differcult to get to right temperature.

1. There are some supermarkets, restaurants, and beach not far away from the hotel. It is very convenient to eat, drink, and having fun. 2. The hotel is very spacious and it has all the necessary items, including a microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, etc. It feels more comfortable than home. 3. Although the hotel has no staff on site, the check-in process is very convenient and it provides a sense of security without being run by anyone.

It would be better if there are some spaces for us to store our luggage after we check out, because it is not safe enough to store it in the small garden.

Didn’t enjoy emails asking me to clean after myself when I am paying for a cleaning fee. Sent several emails trying to communicate with a property manager and never got a response which force forced me to call Booking.com and have to wait for to be able to speak to somebody.

Loved the shower and the fact I could make my own coffee. Having the refrigerator & freezer was a bonus too. It was clean and great for 1 or 2 ppl. The location was perfect!!

Two good quality pillows would go a long way on that bed. They would make sleeping more comfortable. Perhaps an additional mirror in the main living area near outlets. My daughter and I stayed and it would've been great if one of us could get ready in the bathroom & one in main area. Just merely suggestions. We loved our stay!! ~Wendy

For an older hotel, it was well kept and clean with an attentive facility staff. Kimberly was fantastic. Pleasantry with a smile.

The Futon should be thrown out as it is the most uncomfortable thing we've ever slept on.. Even my teenager couldn't sleep in it and I ended up suffering for it. Come on already!? We checked out a day earlier so that I didn't have to lay on it again. Also also the door locks were jamming and at 1 point I was locked in the room for about 15 minutes.

Wonderful location! Cute and clean. Exactly what we needed for a short stay.

The wifi didn’t work very well from our room but it worked great in the courtyard. Our room also just looked out onto a pile of dirt, which was unexpected. More information about how to use the tv would have been helpful upon arrival- we never figured it out! But we weren’t there long enough for it to matter too much.

The location was convenient, walking distance to alot of the area. Quiet neighborhood. Small parking spots but had a grass lot to park in. We'd definitely stay here again. Decent price and convenience well worth it.

It really is an old Florida residence redone into an hotel, maybe my expectations where off. Little things, but we'd stay there again.

We liked the location. It was quiet and close to the beach

The AC was pretty loud but fortunately we could turn it off at night and just use the fan. Only 1 chair in front of our Unit and a bit worn. I think a hard plastic Adirondack, would be easy to clean and the arm rest would serve well to place a coffee, so a table would not be necessary. With a hole drilled thru the leg they can be secured with a long wire cord attached to the deck and they can be moved but not stolen. Just an idea.
