The location is amazing! We had to find a last minute hotel after our flight got canceled and were very pleasantly surprised we found this gem! So clean and newly remodeled, perfect location, very staff. Only downsides were the lack of standard options like ice, breakfast, water as advertised, but extras that were wonderful such as beach chairs, body boards, beach towels, outdoor shower area for keeping sand our of your room. We will definitely return!

No ice, no breakfast, front desk girl was amazing, but gentleman made me feel like a bother as he was ALWAYS on the phone.

This was a nice little budget hotel by the beach. The rooms are spacious, modern, and bright. It provides free wifi, free parking, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. My room had a mini fridge, a TV with lots of channels, AC, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. It was quiet at night which is important to me as a light sleeper!

My only concern was the door. It was very hard to lock. I could tell this was from the doorframe swelling in the Florida humidity. but this is a must for security. The check in office is a bit surprising as well and felt like a hostel with lots of patrons hanging out, talking, and using the facility’s kitchen items. A bit cluttered and lived in, not necessarily a bad thing, just know this is what to expect. Overall this was a great stay for the rate and I would stay again.

next to the beach. super super close. It is a "boutique" hotel (meaning older but updated??) The room was totally updated. Clean. Comfy. Quiet. Dark. With the blinds open, I had views out with a little bit of ocean view. 150 feet or so from the boardwalk. This is probably the last "boutique" hotel before you reach the ritz and others (across the street). My concern always with these hotels that are a little older is what is the bed like? Is the room filthy? Is the area rundown? etc... The rooms are all updated. The entry/check in is still older. The courtyard is small-but everyone staying at this hotel was super friendly. It was odd to have everyone just friendly. Good vibe. It is a two-story hotel and no elevator (if that is something you need). I didn't. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water, beds were new, sheets were clean/comfy. I would/will stay here again.

Bathroom excellent, air conditioner was quiet, easy to operate.

Main sleeping area could use some paint in areas, shutter blind broken, attention to detail could be better. Would suggest locking gate after 10PM, remained open, security risk.

The location and the freshly remodeled rooms! Great water pressure, terrific euro style king bed and fabulous AC unit made this a very comfortable stay! The staff (Izzy and Fernando) helped us feel welcome at at home! Great restaurants and the beaches were only a half of a block away! Parking is included in your price—great value!

It is a true boutique hotel-the only common areas are outside, but in a place such at Ft Lauderdale, this works!

This value hotel is quaint, comfortable and 1/2 a block from the beach. It avoids the noise of the beach drive but access is right there. It is also close to CVS. Quaint courtyard where we met nice people.

Strong cleaning smell and the conflict of Spring Break but they handled that last part very well! Overall - this is a relatively inexpensive, well located, hotel with great service. Also near the water taxi! No gouging, only great basic service! Nice staff!

The location and staff were phenomenal. The room was a lot bigger than expected.

You could hear a lot noise from the other rooms, even simple conversations. With the size of the room, there could be a table and a couple of chairs for additional comfort.

people smoking right outside of room, forced to walk through a haze just to get down stairs or out of the hotel. Would recommend a no smoking except in designated area in back away from the stairs.

Nice location, very close to the beach and multiple restaurants, with friendly and helpful staff

There was a shortage of parking space but the staff made an effort to find a place for my car which was greatly appreciated. The AC was noisy and right above the bed, so I had to switch it on and off all the time.

This was our first stay at this location, and we are frequent travelers to this area. The proximity to the ocean and popular food and activities is great! Free parking as well, although it is limited.

Parking was limited and sometimes there would be cars parked in the courtyard to accommodate, which was odd.
