Silver Seas Beach Resort

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel... You just can't beat it. You can see the ocean from the pool and there are numerous stores/restaurants to walk to. It was spring break when we were there and when we flew in the first evening, driving to the hotel the "downtown" area was definitely hopping but a few blocks down where Silver Seas is, you can't hear anything but it's close enough so that you could walk to join if you wanted. We doordashed dinners three nights and ate out the other night. It was just easier with young kids. They brought the food right to the hotel room. I also placed an instacart order the morning after we arrived to have stuff for breakfast and lunches and it worked out perfect. I had planned to go to the Flamingo Gardens (30 minutes away), but my 5 and 4 year old wanted to stay at the hotel and go swimming and go to the beach!! The people were so so friendly and the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful. We WILL be back!!!

I did feel like the pictures of the standard studio room we stayed in were a little deceiving. The queen bed was a wall bed and then my kids slept on the pullout couch. With both open it was pretty tight. During the day we just closed the sofa bed and it was okay. The cleanliness was subpar. For us, it was fine but we were talking about my parents coming and how my mother would think it hadn't been cleaned. I did sweep the floors everyday just because of sand, and felt like I needed to wash the tub before my kids took their first bath because it just didn't look clean.

Exceptional 5-day getaway! You couldn't ask for a more perfect location...just steps away from the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale Beach! Check-in with Norma at the front desk was so simple...she made our stay so enjoyable. We walked everywhere....so many wonderful restaurants within a 5- or 10-minute walk from Silver Seas. CVS and many shops were also within easy walking distance. Our one-bedroom condo was furnished comfortably, fully stocked kitchen (full-size refrigerator, stove and burners, microwave) with plates, utensils, pots and pans, glassware, everything you need. Very comfortable bed with soft linens. AC cools the rooms perfectly. Highly recommend the Silver Seas and can't wait to go back. Norma is a wonderful special employee.

The staff members were extremely friendly & helpful. The resort was modest, but had everything I needed. I felt safe traveling alone. The heated pool was very nice and the beach views and access were incredible. The value was simply amazing!

Overall, the room met my needs, but my bathroom sink would not drain. Housekeeping did not come at all during my stay.

The location to the beach and restaurants was ideal. The pool was also nice and clean. Beach chairs and towels were a plus! The free parking was a valuable amenity as well. The air conditioning worked well and the fan noise helped drown out any noise.

The furniture in the room was adequate for an efficiency. The chairs could be more comfortable. Though we didn't spend too much time in the room, it would have been nice to have nicer chairs to relax in.

Can't beat the location! Walking distance to restaurants, beach across the street, water taxi 3 blocks. Very convenient. Caught an Uber from the airport and everything we did was within walking distance.

It's a time share property, we were put in the very back unit. Out dated, could have been cleaned better. One of the locals told us the security guard hangs out in that room when its not being used. That might explain its cleanliness.

Everything!! But especially the location and the value. There were two bathrooms and a full kitchen. This facility was nestled between two very high-end hotels that had rates that quadrupled what we paid.We also enjoyed walking to the nearby entertainment district and the beach which was literally a few steps from our unit.. We were also lucky enough to have a ground floor room that was poolside. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back !!

The only thing that could have made this place better would be if there were beach chairs available to use on the beach .

There was enough room to spread out. The kitchen allowed for personal meals to be prepared. Close to the beach to relax and many restaurants were within walking distance.

No disappointments were noted during this property stay.

Convenience, location, some rooms have separate bedrooms (fold out couch I think) with two full baths, full kitchens. Motel is literally 500 feet from a 24 hour CVS and many bars and restaurants at Beach Place. Less than a half mile encompasses many more bars and restaurants. Great beach views from the second floor patio.

It is a little older, but all rooms seem to be remodeled. My third or fourth stay! Didn’t see a washer and dryer but didn’t ask.

Beautiful view of beach and right across the street for easy access. I expected a studio with a Murphy but was surprised by opening the door and seeing a spacious one bedroom apartment. Bedroom decor was very appealing plus the TV in the living room and bedroom both had cable and movies.

Is there any way to potty train the iguanas ? Althought they are quite interesting to watch they leave quite a mess. I did notice the staff doing their best to clean up after them.

Liked that the hotel was set up like an apartment and had security walking around. It had good water pressure and a clean shower, full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and grill by the pool. A/C worked good, enjoyed the pool, they left us use their beach towels at the pool and beach and we were able to check in early.

The pull out sofa beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on and the shower drain was clogged so bad water backed up in the tub, but there was a plunger in the bathroom so we unclogged it ourselves. There was a glass in the kitchen cabinet with someone's lipstick still on it and some of the other dishes didn't look very clean, so I rewashed dishes before using them.
