The bed was comfortable.

Pool was dirty.

I liked that the hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations in that manner. The rooms were immaculate, the dining area for breakfast was neat and clean. I like the man that checked me in, he was kind and patient. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was delicious. The breakfast had a nice variety, except they were out of eggs when I got to the buffet.

I did not like the snarky red head who yelled at not only my siblings but the gentlemen that were behind them. It was 11pm, we were checking in and she came out and literally yelled at everyone to be quiet because she was "trying to do her job". Granted, everyone was a little loud but the ceilings are high and the noise travels. There are ways to talk to your clientele, and while I feel that she was probably in a bad position with people being loud, there are ways to handle it more professionally. Everyone else that we encountered was pleasant and professional.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and entertainment. They accommodate a dog. We were moving here, but until we picked up a guest bed, we had an empty house. It was just what we needed for the final night of our travels to move to Cape Coral.

Our dog was with us. After I took her potty, I wanted a cup of coffee. I couldn’t leave the dog in the room alone. I took her just to grab the coffee, and the manager told me in an unfriendly tone that the dog couldn’t enter the area with the dog. She stepped away from the lobby, and watched me the entire time. She did the same when we were leaving. She stepped away from the front desk to ensure I didn’t enter the area where coffee and juice was.

everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

our room had kind of a mildew smell that never really seem to go away but I’m not too picky so I just lived with it.

I loved everything about our stay. The room was very clean and we loved having a balcony. The free breakfast was a great perk to the stay! The pool was clean and the pool area was nice and clean! The housekeeping staff was exceptional and did a great job cleaning our room and making sure we had fresh towels. All the other staff were so kind and welcoming to our family and greeted us each time they saw us during our stay!

My only complaint was the shower curtain. Either way I pulled it it would come down on either side. I told front desk at checkout and they said they’d take care of it right away. :)

The staff was fantastic very friendly. Always asking if we needed anything and always with a smile on their face. Very comfortable beds and pillow.

1st room was very noisy next to the ice machine no one could sleep. Bathrooms was not very clean. Staff was very understanding and gave us a new room the day.

I liked that they had balcony rooms. The main reason I booked it. But, was put on 1st floor.:(

Air wasn't working that well. I felt wet during my sleep. I was only their for sleep and left early the on Sunday so I didn't complain. I was disappointed they didn't give a balcony room and was on the 1st floor. That was the main reason I booked the hotel. I had a later check in so, I guess they gave my room up.

Found the room stuffy at 2am, but sat on the deck for an hour or so and then went back to sleep. Got a good 8 hours though. Watched all those cars zoom by. Breakfast was great, with an early start to go back to Sebastian across the state. Easy excess back to the 75. on a Sunday morning. Gas stations were available.

Everything was fine, even the key cards worked great.
