Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gainesville I-75, an IHG Hotel

From the time I came in the employees up front was so helpful friendly and help me figure out my reservation. The hotel was very clean beautiful the outside pool hot tub and setting area was amazing. We go to our room OMG it was so clean the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved how y'all had the dove hand soap and lotion by the sink also Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. I didn't even need to bring anything lol. And again all staff were amazing anytime they saw us they were so nice and spoke to us I also explained I had autism grandson five and he is verbal I wanted them to know because if they got any complaints of being loud or moving around and the lady up front took care of us and she made sure and made me feel comfortable that where we were that it would all be okay. We really enjoyed being there. And looking for our next visit in October I do believe October the 11th. We will be back o have a Dr appointment down there about having surgery on my broken foot. We can't wait.

I honestly don't know what I can put in here to make this place to be any better Y'all are amazing y'all's team is amazing The overall Holiday inn Express and suite by far in almost my 51 years of having to travel has been the best hotel I've ever in my life stayed at I have none whatsoever complaints.

Of all the 1-night hotels we stayed at on our 10 night road trip, this was by far the best. It was the newest room (no signs of wear, very modern), every area we visited was clean, and very convenient to the highway. We wished we had more time to actually enjoy this hotel and its pool versus just using as a place to sleep on our way home.

We were a bit concerned when we checked in as the employee at the front desk was having difficulty with another guest and then was very unprofessional in badmouthing that guest when he walked away. Luckily he checked us in without incident.

Stayed at this hotel while dropping my daughter at college. We booked a bit last minute and were travelling from overseas and were a bit nervous about the hotel quality. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, the location was perfect considering we were driving with just a short walk to Target and supermarket. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay and will be back again.

We were traveling, so I looked up a place to stay close to the I-75. I chose Holiday Inn Express because they are usually dependable. This went beyond all expectations! The hotel is immaculate with beautiful, clean rooms. We did not have time to take advantage advantage of the pool which was a pity. It is large and beautiful pool with a waterfall. The whole patio area was clean and inviting. It was an incredible value and a very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bagels and biscuits were stale. I was looking for hard boiled eggs as are offered in all holiday inn express and suites, but there were none. Kitchen staff looked at me quizzically when I asked if they had any. Disappointing.

Excellent location! Close to all GVille offers including shops & restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Room was quiet and located where requested, thank you. Comfortable bed. Excellent check-in. Well lit parking area.

Not gonna pick this place apart ‘cos honestly it scored pretty high! But…room and hallway just a little too heavy with the scented spray, it was quite pungent! And breakfast somewhat disappointing due to lack of prep and organization (they ran out of food! before 9am.) breakfast is available until 9.30am.

Both the room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The in-room appliances were great. The location was quiet and convenient. The room over all was clean and modern.

The toilet has a leak around the base (floor seal damaged?) that caused a small line of water that smelled and it wasn’t as clean behind the toilet which contributed to a slight urine odor.

Excellent staffs and service! Due to my weekend training schedule, we needed to check in early to drop suitcases . The front desk helped us out! Thank u so much! The flexibility made my life convenient. Quiet surrounding area, convenient location, Good breakfast, clean room, clean swimming pool

We had to stay two nights, and wanted to get rid of trash at the end of day, but I don’t see the sign to put trash in the hall way. The trash bags were too light and bags are not held around edge of trash can well. The bag fell onto the bottom when I dropped first item in it

The pool area was fantastic! The room was very spacious! Loved the decor in the whole hotel! The room was very functional…the shelf and mirror outside the bathroom was great to dry my hair while my husband showered. The front desk staff were excellent!

The beds were very comfortable, however the queen bed closet to the door was angled on the night stand side, almost like it was wore out or compressed from someone sleeping on that side for a longtime.

The room and especially the bathroom were both very clean and well maintained. We had a nice armoire in the room, a nice work desk and a convenient shelf to unpack the suitcases.

The breakfast options were more limited than I expected but still good overall.
