It's not near the main road and it's kinda seculeded spot. The properties outside grounds. Like the two different sitting areas. Me kids, partner and I love the open areas and the nature around us. Staff was very nice and professional. I'm actually still at Wood Spring Suites.

It was reasonably priced.
The way you pull into the property the first thing you see is multiple people, hopefully guests, hanging out at the back entrance to the motel with the door propped open so that anyone can enter. It doesn’t give a good first impression.

Super convenient and close to Gainesville city & UF. Just off I-75 but quiet. Booking was easy. Great value for money. WILL STAY AGAIN. Good internet. This is essentially a no frills place and As advertised. Really nice stay in room that has good, comfy beds and useful microwave, refrigerator small kitchen area.

The room served its purpose and was very spacious. I had a queen-size room bathroom was clean and so was the kitchenette area.
I did not like the fact that they put the sign up to call if you need it help at the front desk and you called the number and no one still answered.

Everything, it was close to lots of restaurants and the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
The bed was a little hard and I found it difficult to sleep. Being on the first floor was a little loud, my room was next to the stairs.
