Everything was great. You could walk to Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, WaWa and a Capital City Bank. These places surrounded this hotel and if I was the Owner or CEO of a Hotel Chain I would make sure My Hotels everywhere where built like this. Find the favorite Food Chain for the local and have one built nearby.

Internet service went out and stayed out from 8pm until after I left at 8am in the morning. The Manager and Staff had no control over it and were just as frustrated by it as the guest.You couldn’t use the business center, due to no internet. Suggestion your on stand alone internet service, if no room you have to pay a fee to use.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I had an adjacent room with my elderly father, as I had requested. I was planning to pay for both rooms but at check-in I was not allowed to do so since his name was listed. I do not agree with this! When reserving the room it asked for his name but if I would have known it was for paying purposes I would not have given his name. I do not understand why I couldn't pay for both rooms. It was very upsetting for me to ask my father to pay for his room when I had already told him I would take care of it!

Breakfast was liquid eggs, bacon, cereal (4 different types) muffins, bagels, danishes, yogurt, make your own waffles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. (Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is open all day.) Facilities were located on Archer Rd which has everything either in walking distance or a short drive. Publix, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Texas Road House, WaWa, Shopping mall is close. Very convenient location!!

For pricing I think it was fine. Maybe different breakfast options, as an example I don't eat pork so maybe have turkey sausage as an option.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, they were decorating for Christmas! They had warm cookies at the reception desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and ample storage for our luggage and thing. Everything was clean and tidy. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was nice, plenty of options. We really enjoyed the staff.

I don't really have any complaints. I guess maybe the pool... it looked kinda milky, which was a bit of a deterrent for me. However, my teenage son swam in the pool and said it was fine.

This brand is consistently good. I like that it's close to restaurants, gas, and the interstate. The staff was friendly, but neither employee was ready at the desk upon check-in or check-out. I had to wait both times for them to come out of the office. But when they did return to the desk both were genuinely gracious and happy to help me.

I was concerned that the two glaring stains on the carpet in front of the refrigerator in room 417 would be blamed on me and I would lose the deposit. But so far everything seems normal. (I do have timestamped pictures that show they were there when I checked in). The fact that the stains were there at all made me question the cleaning procedures and whether anything else could be unclean.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts. We’ve stayed here a few times & unfortunately had to go to an outside source to find it affordable. Directly with hotel was $222+. Booking.com was $166 not sure why such a big difference. Last October it was $99 So our next visit we’ll probably seek more affordable accommodations. As my daughter moved there & my grandson. So will be frequenting going there.

The rooms were pretty decent and everything worked as it should while we stayed there

The breakfast was free but in our opinion it could have much been . The waffles that you could make on the griddle were pretty Good, but there wasn’t any type of meat to go with it. There were however some pre-made sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches that you had to microwave… For what it’s worth, In my opinion it wasn’t good. They did have some assorted pastries, cereal and a few juice Choices that were okay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful hotel was recently upgraded and it was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was big along with the tub. Great loaction off highway crackerl barrel right behind hotel across the street a texas roadhouse and a wawa along with a starbucks not far from uf and close to shopping. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area

Was good hot and filling

We asked for a handicapped room with a place to sit at did not get it. Just 2 queen beds crowded room for 3 adults one handicapped. Had to sit on beds. We were there because of IAN the hurricane and we had to leave our homes . We were happy to be safe. But leaving our homes was scary not knowing if we had a home to go back too. We did not get FEMA discounts for our stay.

Location was great, cleanliness was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

If I'd known in advance the pool was not going to be open I would've selected a different hotel this time. One of the reasons I chose this one was so we could have a pool day and no sunburn worries being indoors.
