My family and I stayed there due to the hurricane that was coming. I think we probably looked and went back and forth from hotel to air b&b for almost 2 days. Finally we decided to go with a hotel and low and behold I had Genius level 2 and it showed me Staybridge, I liked the way the hotel looked and it was the only one that had the King Suite available and I needed 3 of them. I booked on line and then called to see if I could have the rooms close together, They had already did that for me!! I was blown away, never has a hotel done that on their own!! This one did! Not only was the hotel Beautiful, rooms and bed comfy and the breakfast amazing, but the entire staff was awesome! So nice, helpful, caring, and you could just tell they liked what they do! I def will be going back. Even though I live around the corner from the hotel, That's how much I love it and it will be my little mini home away from home when I just need a min to myself to breathe! : ) OH and another thing, the pool was open til 10 pm, I even saw people in there after that time too!

There was nothing I didn't like. Except I had to leave and go back home.

Several things I liked about my stay is the breakfast (especially important when having multiple family members), pool/spa/outside area, late check out, if there was an issue, it was addressed promptly and with ease, friendly/knowledgeable staff, available parking, clean/neat room (including having Dove soap, hand wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner), LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Not a big deal, but one thing I didn't like is that the gate that leads to the basketball court was locked. My kids wanted to play basketball, but they would've had to go in the inside and out another door. Since they're young, I would've needed to go with them, but I was relaxing near the pool & don't know if there was somewhere for me to sit by the court. If I would've stayed in the pool area & in the event something happened, it would've took extra time to scan my card to go inside and out the other door.

Very clean, "new-ish" hotel, comfortable room, and great amenities. We stayed for 1 night, as we were on a road trip. The location is great, you can easily go by walk or by car to plazas nearby where you can find stores, restaurants, etc. There was a water heater issue but the property called us in advance to let us know. They offered a cancellation at no fee but we did not mind and decided to keep the room at the hotel, and we even get a room upgrade. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good, with diverse options.

this property is awesome. Everything was perfect. The room was perfect the cleanest of the room the breakfast was awesome. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Everybody very friendly. We actually stayed an extra night simply for the fact that the hotel was five*10*in my opinion, the pool and a hot tub was phenomenal Lee awesome could be a little bit bigger because it was so many people wanting to get in and maybe the hours a little bit longer to maybe 12 but all in all I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Florida very very very much room for family definitely recommend.

There’s nothing I can say that I did not like this property is awesome. Everything was awesome. The staff is beyond helpful and caring.

The staff were absolutely incredible. We got in late and left early and the front desk staff were so friendly and that’s oddly incredible to find in todays environment. We live in culture a where it seems the employee feels as if the customer should be grateful the employee is in place. The staff at this hotel is the benchmark of how customers should be treated. I’ve not been paid to endorse or anything, just a man traveling from states away.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety! Waffles were delicious! I also enjoyed the social hour. What a nice treat! Please extend the social hour for all week long!

Sofa bed could have been more comfortable. Also beds are very high! For someone with leg issues, it can be very hard to climb into bed. No bed stairs was available at front desk. Also, tubs are hard for senior citizens to get into. Shower stalls would be much better.

Staff very accommodating and polite. Hallways were spotless, any room trash left outside door was immediately picked up. Perfect location for our needs. Common areas well appointed and comfortable. Pool clean and warm. Breakfast staff helpful and cheerie. Plenty of parking close to main entrance.

Hotel should have a wheelchair available for guests returning from Shands Hospital after surgery. Bathroom a bit too small.

It's was so special just walking thru the door into the lobby the first thing you saw was the fireplace in the center and directly behind it was the spacious nice dining room and buffet.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It was fantastic and when we travel we will definitely look for this hotel. Best one ever 😀😂😀😂😀😀😂😀😀

Staff had great customer service and the room was Very Nice and Clean and the Hotel was Excellent and the outside sitting area was Extremely Clean and Beautiful and great location and the staff was the best they met our needs and I will be staying here again and I would recommend this hotel and I rate it a 10.

Everything met my expectations

The breakfast was great. The people working at the breakfast area were terrific. The room was big & very clean. Comfortable bed. All housekeeping people & people at front desk very friendly. The pool was terrific And pool area also terrific. Definitely coming back to this hotel on next vacation.

Maybe a better place to drop your trash. Not so Bad though….they picked it up pretty quickly through out The day.
