The breakfast was fine only would have been better if open until 10 instead of 9 in morning. The room was extremely clean and much appreciated. The beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly . Good location near to campus.

Need More information regarding getting transportation to the UF football games, such as where to get a shuttle.

renovated recently. very clean, spacious, comfortable hotel on a budget. very upgraded rooms the 50' Flat Screen TV. FREE hot and Continental Breakfast. Shout out to Jamal and Hakim for being so nice and professional. they made my stay. Hats off for the Manager. He has done wonders with the property. The price IS NOT too good to be true

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Musty smell in the room, tub didn’t drain at first but was fixed for my second night, tub faucet leaked when shower turned on, handle on iron had a piece that was broken and had been taped but the tape was gone and it was sticky when used.

The service was excellent and the staff was excellent. We needed extra towels and got them within minutes. We realize that there is remodeling going on and there some construction material laying around.

The cost per night. When ever there is an event at U F the hotels jack up their prices which is totally unfair and possibly illegal.

Drove up Saturday morning and our room was ready for check in at 9am! Easy to get ubers to the football stadium and downtown. Staff was very nice, and room was clean; the sink did appear to be leaking but no biggy. Exactly as expected in the best way for such a good price as compared to other hotels in the area for a gameday.

The staff was very friendly. I had a blonde moment...called the front desk for help. They were at my door in minutes.

My only criticism would be they need some updates. I think they are in the process of doing this.

Very Nice and helpful staff. Very close to Shands Hispital, CVS, Publix and fast food restaurant like a Gyro place, pizza, etc.

The girl sitting outside our room smoking pot. I had my grandson and the smoke was coming in under door.

Traveling from Jacksonville, the hotel was easy to find. Close to where I needed to be the next day, close to absolutely delicious restaurants. The staff (including children of staff) were awesome. Will stay here again.
