The property was clean and well maintained, we really enjoy the pool and the room was comfortable and well laid out. The staff were all really nice and helpful. I appreciated how well stocked the room was and it felt like a home away from home.

I think there could be some more healthy breakfast options and access to the pool could be from inside the hotel and not open to the car park, that felt a little insecure as the car park is open to non guests as well.

convenient clean beautiful shower perfect it has be a long time. very clean and The shower drained pressure was great couldn’t ask for anything better in a bathroom. The room is very nice and spacious and clean.

the staff. check in was horrible and check out no better. the women couldn’t find my reservation and was like tuff luck sir… She couldn’t spell my last name even after me telling her 10 times! McNamee. how hard is that? finally 20 minutes later after found it. I won’t tell the rest… check out couldn’t find anybody except for I think I heard them talking around the corner in the back chatting about their night before and not manning their post. I always like to physically check out and get my receipt but I just left my room cards on her computer

The breakfast was nice with staff restocking as we arrived. We ate in our room as there was limited seating. The location seemed to be in transition from an older, less desirable area to improvements in most of the neighborhood.

Our view was two homeless men sleeping on a bench below us. There were no towels to use at the pool.

The hotel is modern and clean

My daughter lost hair band, posible leave in the room and we informed to hotel. After 2 days the maid appears with identical hair band, we ask for explanation but the maid said it bought it. For us it was suspicious The manager didn’t give convince explanation

Our stay here was good. The room size was amazing (especially with two little ones) . The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

I definitely did not like the fact that our bathroom smelled like marijuana !!!!! Also the breakfast was not very good.

the bathroom was to small . the pool was on the shady side of the hotel and breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10

Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are big and perfect for big families. we have a group of 6 and it was very comfortable to stay. Good location very accessible to everything. Love that they offer everything for your stay .

The sofa bed left a lot to be desired. It was not comfortable at all. I traveled with family and slept on it two nights. Not good, two bars under my back did not allow me to get any rest!

Everything else

The breakfast was exceptional! So many choices and not the standard continental cereal, eggs and waffle choice. The breakfast bar was fully stocked and fresh. Condiment selection was outstanding.

Neighborhood view was a little underwhelming.

Very clean, very nice staff, comfortable room, breakfast was great! Will stay again!

I didn't like that I only stayed for one night this trip!
