It was a wonderful stay! Will be staying again when we return for a docs appt. Beautiful room, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The only thing I'm still struggling to get back is the $2.15 safe usage. Very sad that they need to nickel and dime to make extra money. Now, because receptionists have no clue on the entry to use for refunding the petty charge, I now have $17.10 on my CC. I hope with my struggles, they will remove that fee or train their employees on how to do it. Personally, when I return later this month, I will decline the charge at check in...I suggest you do the same. It's the principle!!

Liked daily breakfast and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Room was spacious, and TV had several stations to watch. Bed comfortable too.

Frig doesn't didn't get cold enough. It was more like a cooler. Knob was missing. There was ironing board in the room. Dresser counter under TV looked like is was not cleaned well. Breakfast sausages seemed under cooked everyday. Would have preferred bacon as an option.

Upon check in we had issues putting a card down for insurance purposes- the room had been paid for through booking but an issue on the hotel’s end prevented us from putting a card on file and checking in. After about a half hour attempting multiple cards, the gentleman at the front allowed us to check in as he had seen that the room had been paid for through booking. it was a hassle and stressful but the worker did the right thing and helped us out!

The location was great near Shands hospital. Nice and clean inside and out, (no nasty smells like some hotels can have). The staff was very nice and friendly helped with any questions I may have had. This is my second time staying here ,this most likely will be my hotel of choice when we return again to Gainesville. It even has a shuttle ride if needed. The neighborhood was nice I felt safe staying there, being I was by myself. Well lite up at nighttime and had an entrance near back parking lot. Awesome breakfast selection for a hotel breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing I didn't like was the refrigerator could have kept the drinks colder. no other complaints.

the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Although we didn’t need it it I really appreciated the added safety measures for those with physical disabilities. The hot breakfast was delicious and the ladies working breakfast were helpful and on top of everything.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the area was kept very clean. The room was very clean, nice and quiet. The bed and pillows were exceptional.

I guess I would blame this on housekeeping......we had one kleenex left in the box before it was out. We didn't have a TV controller or a channel guide. But, as soon as we called about it, we were given what we needed. We also couldn't open our window covers, which wasn't that horrible due to the view we would have looked at. But we realized upon leaving that we believe they operated by remote, which we didn't have one. Forgot to ask about it when we checked out.

Cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff.

Having to stop by front desk everyday to pick up towels, bath cloths, coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. breakfast was good but the flimsy plastic utensils made cutting a waffle virtually impossible.

I was very satisfied with the property. Great location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

There is not much to do around the property. The pool was very small. Walking distance to the historic part of town was quite a walk.

Fairly new and clean. The rooms are spacious and have a mini fridge and small microwave. The free breakfast was good. The location is great, less than a mile from the university.

Everything met our expectations. The second night we asked housekeeping for more soap. We got more soap and that was it! The room otherwise was not made -up. We got new towels but the bed was not made and everything on the surfaces were left as is. It was like nobody was there. I could have changed the towels and asked for more soap myself. The first night housekeeping was great, The last night checked out before housekeeping came in.

Housekeeping and breakfast could have had more then scrambled eggs, sausages - which we don't eat pork, cereal, packaged pasteries, and toast. Did not bother to attend after seeing what was offered.
