As a very picky, specific, person. This hotel was actually really nice and modern..1 King Bed Room was awesome.. Little small but good.. Carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor could use a shampooing but the entire hotel smelled really good.. Nothing out of place.. Parking is free, however the lot is on the small side and the spaces are tight so make sure you park straight and fold your mirrors if you can.. Ac felt great in the room. Tv's volume max is set at 50 but you can still hear it pretty good. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Staff checking in and out is nice and quick. Even though the parking is tight I still give it 5 stars because there are worse lots I've encountered lol. So thanks for the hospitality and home like feel.. Btw we slept really good. Bed is very comfortable!!

very centrally located and pretty area. The pool was really nice and open till 10pm. the room and hotel was very clean with staff continuously cleaning everything. The breakfast was delicious and the lady that prepared it made sure everything was kept hot and clean.

I wish there were towels for the pool so we didn’t have to bring the ones from the room. I also wish there were extra trash bags in the too because we filled them pretty fast. Lastly, I wish there was a freezer (or fridge with a small freezer) in the room to keep a few frozen meals.

The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, fruits, and much more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed very clean and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and decorated nicely. We found an excellent Italian restaurant, Pomodoro Cafe, just about eight minutes from the hotel.

No complaints. We were very happy to be at this particular hotel. We both agreed LaQuinta Inn by Wyndham - Gainesville, FL, is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at.

Location was perfect, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good but need more varieties such as fresh fruit and hot cereal, like grits, oatmeal and bacon

The smell of dog in my room if they gonna have dogs it shouldn’t be carpet and also a separate area for people with dogs, or housekeepers need to pay more attention of their cleaning bc it was hair everywhere, even in the showers, I had to spray the room out and clean it myself

The location was perfect. The room was very clean. I have stayed here several times and this room was the best so far. Room 519 on the 5th floor. The cost was very reasonable as it was a Monday night stay.

There was only one man working the front desk at approximately 5 pm. The line was very long and very slow moving. I waited 30 minutes. It's the first time I've had to wait a long time, so I will write it off to a fluke.

Staff were friendly and helpful Lots of parking. Lobby clean and inviting. Spacious fridge. Room smelled fresh and looked clean and updated.

Water pressure in the shower in room 219 was 4 out of 10. Room carpet needed shampooing feet gor dirty quickly when walking barefoot in room.

Breakfast was a little above average for a contnental breakfast. Area was clean and well filled. Staff was very outgoing and helpful.

$50 non refundable pet fee. I was told the hotel was pet friendly but no one mentioned the fee which was very high for a one night stay. When we checked in, the desk person told me of the fee and apologized when I said I was unaware but due to booming none directly I was not told. I had no option but to pay the fee. The desk clerk was very nice about this.

Upon arrival I was astonished. The place was so clean, and my room was so clean and . I never used soap from hotels but to my surprise they had Dove very thing. Even though I didn't used it but the place was great. The man at the front desk was so nice.

The property is very inviting with a gorgeous lobby along with coffee, tea and cocoa. The front service agents were always helpful, the room was beyond my expectations, they had Dove products in the bathroom!, full breakfast spread. There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

Friendly staff. I arrived around 10AM, knowing I wouldn't be able to check-in but wanted to leave my car in their lot. I had an appointment at the hospital requiring my not being able/allowed to drive after the procedure. They allowed me to park there and even helped me call an Uber to bring to the hospital.
