I stayed for a week due to my baby being admitted in Shands hospital, the first two days I was not comfortable I was in a room that was not fully cleaned and the noise from the rooms next to me were horrible they were even knocking on the doors, walls and all. I made the owner aware of the situation and immediately he changed me to a much comfortable bigger room apologized and made me feel welcomed and secure to stay there. it may not be that 5 star hotel your used to but honestly it was worth it I will be staying there for our next trips

Our room was on the top floor. It was very peaceful and comfortable. There was very little that bothered us. The only thing we had a hard time with was that the microwave did not work. We were hoping to cook a few microwaveable meals for one of our nights stays dinner. the room was very clean and towels and linens were fresh. we even had the housekeeper politely hand us some extra towels, wash clothes and a few extra toiletries which were good quality and allowed us to take nice showers and baths to relax. My kids loved the pool area it was very relaxing and not many people in it which made it a relaxing environment. they even have a bbq grill next to the pool which was very nice and handy. The elevator was a life saver because my daughter who just finished chemo was with me and she just had an emergency c section and got to bring home my new Grandbaby whom stayed in the hotel with us his very first night. The grab and go breakfast was also wonderful there were plenty of selection for a free breakfast with juices, coffee, tea, yogurts, toast, bananas, oatmeals and muffins and more! The air conditioner actually lasted the entire stay and the front desk. checking in we’re two young me they were both very polite as well as helpful explaining how to get to our room! Gainesville is a very busy place that’s for sure! I have to say between two other hotels I have stayed at not only was this one the most affordable it was also the cleanest, most attentive and comfortable stay! No bugs, no dirt, and the bathroom was kept up well and felt safe and clean enough to shower and bath in.

The property was nice and kept up with for the most you can expect for a busy hotel in the middle of Gainesville they did a great job. Wish our microwave worked but there was fast food down the road so we settled and were happy to have a cold fridge and a freezer.

I liked the location of the hotel being directly off of the turnpike. The property was very quiet and serene. The front door staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was a good power quick snack to start the day.

Not much that I did not like. The only thing i would say is that the room should be properly cleaned. I opened the bedside table to see opened candies and wrappers. YUCK.

They helped me in a bad time my mom had a stroke, I had to stay over a week they gave me a medical discount which helped alot. Also this hotel was within a few thousand feet of the hospital, a couple of times they called me in the middle of the night for situations. And I could get there in literally 5 mins.

The staff was nice I use this hotel a lot traveling so I created a relationship with the staff my rooms are always clean not stuffy I can breathe most hotels my nose get stuffy here it does not so thats a plus for me I am comfortable here I always enjoy my stay

Great area right by the malls and a lot of restaurants stores can't really complain

The location, the hotel is hidden on the second line from the road, so I didn't hear any noise from the road. Also a lot of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was poor, to be honest.. no meat, no even sausages, no fruits.. I would expect a bit lower price because of that.

I forgot my Purse in my room after checkout and the staff called me right away. They were honest and trustworthy. Thank you all so much. There also was coffee and juice in the lobby for the guests even after the breakfast was over.

Refrigerator could have been cleaned better.

Location was perfectly situated right next to the highway as well as all major amenities such as restaurants and fast food, gas stations and banks.

I have no complaints. The service and setting was above my expectations!

Quiet location.. Mattress, Pillows, bedding and linens were clean and comfortable Room temperature was adjustable and not too noisy..

TV stations choices could have been better.

Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Quiet area. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Always great to see Virginie at the front desk. She’s always smiling and always happy to help.
