It was a lovely place to be loved our room and location.

These are small things but at $1000 a night it could have been better. No light above kitchen area, no extra toilet paper, paper folded under furniture to keep it level, coffee table wobbly, bed not so comfortable could feel the springs, good size kitchen but not one piece of cutlery, plate, etc. Did have good coffee pods. Balcony furniture Old.

Location is wonderful! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool or the beach. Room was huge (stayed in the 300 building). The Ciao Hound restaurant was delicious. Loved that they are very pet friendly too!

Great staff,location, food,and value. Lots of great charter captains to choose from at the Marina onsite. The fishing cleaning station is where tarpon hang out daily.The captains gave my kids "free tarpon bait" while cleaning their clients fish, on multiple occasions. We ended up booking a 4 hour charter and my 6 year old hooked into his first Mahi,lots of rod bends and a great day. Lifelong memory achieved. Poolside bar was nice, more umbrellas would by my only suggestion for the pool. Lots of beautiful areas around the property.Staff does a good job of cleaning the common areas daily. Ate at the tiki bar and the raw bar ,both were good options. Will be rebooking in the future 100%

I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort. The rooms were always so clean and smelled amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A shuttle transports you between the 4 resorts within miles. A swim up bar at the pool. Unlimited access to kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. The gym has all of the best equipment. The most amazing restaurants with live music nightly. And can we talk about the views! It felt just like we were on our own little tropical island. The best resort I’ve stayed at handsdown! We will absolutely be regulars!

Not a single bad thing to say!

Postcard Inn is beautiful and well situated in Islamorada. We loved the tiki bar and raw bar. Because we had some inclement weather, we didn't get to spend too much time in the pool or outdoors, nor did we take advantage of the free rentals. We did enjoy the bocce ball and cornhole, and we liked walking around the area. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with a beautiful view.

Not all of the staff seemed knowledgeable about the hotel -- we were given incorrect information several times by staff before figuring things out ourselves. We asked about using one of the fire pits (it was a record-breaking cold snap in the Keys) and were told "I don't think they work." There was a water bottle filling station that never had water in it, which meant waiting until the tiki bar opened to fill up our water bottles.

The grounds are beautiful. The large beaches are perfect. Great location -- close to everything on Islamorada, including the sandbar. Room size is decent, large balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the atmosphere in the evenings.

One of the pools is closed and drained, but wasn't advertised ahead of time that it would be. Construction on the 200 building blocked some of the main beach area, and we weren't made aware until after we booked. Refrigerator was very small and missing the shelves inside. Bathroom was updated, but still showed a lot of ware -- rusty tub, water damage on door, towel rod loose, etc.

Room was clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a bit small but it was clean and updated. Pool was clean but needs work. I saw tiles missing in certain areas. Beach was nice and clean on land. There are plenty of chairs and shade if you want. In the water however there is mostly sea grass. Not much clear area to swim unless you want to swim in the graasy areas. Having access to nearby sister properties was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. And a Starbucks within feet. Overall we had a nice stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Really nothing. Some updating to the pool would be nice.

THEY OFFERED KAYAKS, PADDEL BOARDS AND BIKES AT NO COST AS PART OF YOUR RESORT FEE. THE BEACH IS SMALL BUT NICE FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS WE WERE THERE, BUT THEN SEAWEED CAME IN. MAINTENANCE WAS GOOD WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR TV THEY BROUGHT US A DIFFERENT ONE. THE TIKI BAR WAS NICE AND HAD GOOD FOOD. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD.

THE SEAWEED THAT CAME INTO THE BEACH AREA, MAINTENANCE HAD A HARD TIME REMOVING IT AS THERE WAS SO MUCH AND THEN IT BEGAN TO STINK; DIFFICULT TO SIT OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF THE SMELL. THE MIXED DRINKS WERE EXPENSIVE. THE ITALIAN RESTUARANT ON SITE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD/SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD. THEY SHOULD OFFER MORE REASONABLE BOAT TOURS TO THE SANDBAR COSTLY $150 - 175 PER HR- THERE WERE ONLY (2) OF US, WE FOUND A REASONABLE BOAT TOUR FOR $75 PER PERSON FOR 2 HRS AT ANOTHER RESORT UP THE ROAD.

The hotel is beautiful and the views from the beach and pool area are amazing. Good outdoor activities and options for dining.

We went over the Christmas holiday. The weather was unseasonable cool. When it rains or its cold there is really nothing to do. It would have been nice if the staff had planned some indoor activities considering they knew about the bad weather in advance. It was a little disappointing that they had ZERO activities on Christmas, when with a little effort they could have done a movie or craft activity in one of the indoor event spaces.
