Our room and view were fantastic! There is very little to complain about at this resort.

My only complaint is that they allow smoking on the balconies. When I reached out about someone smoking on my neighbors balcony, I was first told they only allow it in the parking area. They then changed their statement when I mentioned where the smoke was coming from. They did offer to contact that guest, but if smoking was allowed there, I didn't think it was right to take it from them. Unfortunately, I am extremely sensitive to smoke, so I had to retreat inside when they lit up to avoid a coughing fit.

Family has stayed here for 25 years and I can say this year might of been the best service we have ever had. Casey at the front desk would have helped us rob a bank if we asked him. That's how much he cares about his guests! The paddle boards and kayaks are free of charge and the young man who helped us get set up had a fantastic attitude! La Siesta what ever your paying your people they need a raise! Also the upgraded us massively for free from a garden studio to an ocean view suit where our back door walked out to the pool.

Wish they would dredge out the marina so I could use it for our boat. Too shallow.

The room was great with a pet, spacious, clean, and a great view and balcony (ocean). The staff was super friendly, it was peaceful and overall very enjoyable.Liked that you could charge things back to the room from sister properties.

Definitely need bigger garbage cans in the rooms, especially the ones with the little kitchenette and maybe a few more around the property. Beach seaweed should be raked up daily, too much plastic. The bar are needs sprucing up and the one bar tender said he'd be right back and never returned.

no real waterfront. I get that its on the keys but there was no real space to sit and enjoy ocean. Too expensive for what we got.

Rooms were very nice, however no cooking, just a microwave and coffee maker. Pool was in excellent condition, the temp was just right. No breakfast was provided.

Towel were removed late afternoon, and not replaced on the second day. We enquired in the reception and eventually a plastic bag filled with towels was dropped by the door. Beds were not made at all. We paid $1,295- per night.

Location and grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, roomy, beds were comfortable, and the use of kayaks, paddleboards, and access to sister properties was nice.

Door to back porch didn't lock and the front door didn't lock either unless you were inside. There was another door that did lock before we got to our actual room so as long as that door shut it was fine. It was nice that we could bring our trailers and use the launching ramp. My husband just thought it was a bit frustrating that there wasn't parking that allowed you to keep the trailer attached. You have to park the trailer and detach it each time you use it because all of the spaces are a regular size spot that will only allow either the vehicle or the trailer. It was nice though that there wasn't an extra fee for a trailer or using the boat launch.

We liked everything the resort had to offer. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and family oriented. We enjoyed riding the bikes during the day and the pool at night. The staff was friendly and wanted to be certain we were enjoying our vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

The wind kept blowing away our sign to have our room cleaned but the staff got us clean towels. It would be nice if the room came with a vacuum cleaner or broom and a larger trashcan in the dining area.

The location and the good position of the room within the hotel. The views are incredible, the swimming pool is good for the kids. It is very close to restaurant in isla morada and the the price is great.

It normally offers bikes to move around the area, this time it only had 3 bikes in total and we could not use it for my family.

The room was very spacious. The furnishings could be updated more to match the price of the room per night.Bathroom needs updating & balcony could use newer patio furniture. Liked very much how you could use sister property facilities. All 4 properties had a “resort” feel to them. The kitchenette was nice to have , plenty of counter space, sink, refrigerator, microwave.

More beach seating &pool bar hours open later. Would be nice to have fire pits on beach at night.

The resort was perfect for a Keys trip! We took our boat and were happy with the slip and the easy access the location of the resort provided to snorkel spots and of course the sand bar! We saw dolphins and manatees right on the hotel's beach too! We stayed in a 3 bedroom room with a group of friends with kids and the room was so spacious it felt we rented a house. Every single person we interacted with at this resort was friendly and super helpful, we especially appreciated Daniel and Martha. We will definitely come here again!

The only thing missing is onsite breakfast... apparently, this has recently been discontinued. They do have sister properties with breakfast and onsite coffee service.
